Poor telephone service
Called 0333 121 0700 twice for support. Both times reached the IVR, selected 2, transferred to a queue and call disconnected after 1 minute.

Scantronic 9651 issue support
Had an alarm issue in Aberdeen relating to a Scantronic 9651 security system- the company weren't able to make that journey for an alarm-related callout with not being based in Scotland, but gave excellent advice over the phone that helped me resolve the issue myself. Excellent service.David
