I cannot say enough good things about Small Pet Select! We have tried so many different brands over the years, and nothing compares to the quality and consistency of their products. From the hay to the treats and healthy salad bowls, everything is always fresh, fragrant, and clearly high quality. My animals absolutely love it! Shipping is incredibly fast which is a lifesaver when you’re down to the last handful of hay and everything arrives packaged with care. But what truly sets Small Pet Select apart is their customer service. They are responsive, kind, and genuinely care about both pets and their owners. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both amazing products and amazing support, but they do. If you’re on the fence, this is your sign, your small pets deserve the best!

First Time Ordering
I ordered from them for the first time...bunny treats for my 2 buns. The treat balls, play/chew rings and the seagrass toy were all a big hit with the buns. The communication is awesome, and the shipping cost and speed with which my order arrived is to be commended. I will definitely order from them again (and again and again). Great products, great prices and great service for the win.

I've been purchasing hay for my Chinchillas from Small Pet Select for the last 7 years! They have been AMAZING! The customer service is top notch and the product is always the BEST. My Chinchillas are pretty particular about their hay and they LOVE it!

I went directly to Small Pet Select to ask for help
I made a purchase through Amazon and an incorrect item was sent. That platform was unhelpful in getting a replacement for what I ordered, so I went directly to Small Pet Select to ask for help. Becky was so quick to respond to my query and was able to send out the correct product to me on the very same day! She was so friendly and helpful and I totally adore all the small animal-related puns in her emails :)I am a longtime customer of Small Pet Select. They consistently provide high-quality products for my bunnies, who happily eat the hay and forage and use the litter options without concern. The subscription service is so helpful in keeping up with my rabbits' needs.Highly recommend!

freshest hay ever
This is the best hay we've ever found for our bunny and guinea pigs. Our elderly bunny never had a taste for hay, and it was always a real challenge to avoid GI stasis and get him to eat enough hay until we switched to small pet select.

I ordered the 10 lb flaked oyster shell and paid about $31 with shipping. I only received 5 lb. I never received an order confirmation or order number. I tried calling (busy signal) and emailing, but the email bounced back. The first email I received from the company was a request to leave a review. I opened a partial dispute with my credit card for the missing items. Disappointing experience.

My buns and I love Small Pet Select
My buns and I love Small Pet Select. The dry grass is always radiant in color, my buns love it, it’s not pale like the one I buy for emergencies at my local pet shop that has been sitting on a shelf forever. Also, the delivery is fast, within 3 days at my home and the customer service is on point. I complained a couple of items were missing in my order and they processed a re-ship within same day. 💕

Package arrived damaged
I received my package of chicken feed in a very damaged box and lost a lot of the feed in transport. Considering the cost it was disappointing to be missing part of the product. I emailed my concern and received a response that day that someone will get back to me. Two days later the problem was addressed by replacing the product completely and shipped right away!I will continue using Small Pet Select, not just because of the speed in which they addressed the problem but my ladies love the chicken feed and it keeps them healthy and happy! Thank you again!

Great hay !
The company has great hay that my guinea pig prefers over other brands! The variety of healthy treats and toppers is fantastic. It's great to be able to use products that I can trust to be good for my pets. The company has been great to work with on top of the good products. The extra gifts they send sometimes are awesome too !

I ordered the litter box and when I received it, the sifting tray was missing. I contacted customer support and within a few days, they had sent me a whole new set up. The customer service is A+++. And so far, really like the box.
