The world of car shipments made me wary. Lots of spam, hard to know who to trust. I went with Ship a Car because they seemed to have good communication and reasonable prices, and it turned out to be a good call. The price ended up being a bit higher than some other quotes I got, but the constant communication from both the company and the driver who ended up taking the car were great. I’d use them again.
This is my third time using Ship A Car Direct and have been working with Matt every time. I continue to work with him due to his hard work, communication, and honesty. Of course his companies great pricing on moving vehicles cross country. Thanks again to Matt and his team at Ship A Car Direct.

Jennifer was great throughout the entire process from obtaining a carrier, negotiating a price, to oversight of pickup and delivery. The reps are very good at returning calls and providing updates. I selected ship a car because of their quality responses and efforts to fix issues. I am glad I did, as it was a quality and trust worthy process.
This company does a fantastic job of communicating and setting expectations. I will absolutely always use them for shipping my car. My coordinator, Lottie, is extremely professional and constantly keeps me updated. It is so rare to find someone like her!
I had a side-by-side shipped from NY to FL. Contacted Kristina and scheduled for a week earlier than necessary in case something happened. The first carrier did not show, and Kristina quickly found another to handle the delivery. Everything went smoothly, the driver was courteous and professional and called several hours before drop off. No damage done, and we were pleased!
Quick and easy communication by phone, email and text. The first carrier canceled but Mike found another one within hours. The carrier was great and kept in touch all along the way. The process was seamless.

I just got the car delivered today from Chicago to Los Angeles. Not only are they great at pricing. Literally the best pricing and I truly shopped many many sites before I chose them . David at Ship A Car Direct connected me to GES Transportation and within 5 days we loaded up a pristine Mazda onto a car carrier truck in Pennsylvania right at our house and in 3 days it was delivered with no issues to our address in Arizona. The driver was ontime and took comprehensive pictures and we did as well. The GES driver provided the deliver date and time window and communicated with us a revised time (earlier) on the delivery date. The car was fully inspected and signed off in Arizona with no issues. Would use again and would recommend to others. Service was fast and no surprises.
Great service! Had my 1999 Corvette shipped from Ohio to Washington State. Communication was great from beginning to end of the process. I would use them again for any car shipping needs.
