I’ve been trying to get value of my policy paid back to me since it’s a cancelled whole life insurance policy that has some value in it about $100 and I keep mailing them the requested forms and they keep sending me letters back saying it’s not filled out correctly!!!! Come on I just want my cash value surrender of my policy amount
