Spareparts - no problem!
My suitcase had couple of broken wheels.Since my suitcase was still within warranty I went to Samsonites homepage and ordered the spare parts. Parts arrived about a week later. The wheels were easy to replace and my suitcase is as good as new!

Excellent suit cases, easy repair
Excellent suit cases, we use them for years and travel a lot. The best is that if anything breaks, you easily get spare parts, if it's within the 10 years warranty it's even for free and easy to replace.
