Easy to use, book and pay!
Had a great experience with RussianTrains just last week, during the height of the Covid Pandemic. Planned to be in Moscow and St. Pete now, first week of Nov, 2021. Purchased Tix in advance (super easy and friendly process) and then got the news both cities are going into lockdown.I emailed the company and got a full refund back, no questions asked. Will definitely use them in the very near future to rebook.

I have lost a lot of money that I dedicated to purchasing airfare for some planned work and leisure trips during the COVID 19 period. The only company that reimbursed me was Russian Trains. they made an exception and refunded my non-refundable ticket because I could not travel due to COVID 19, and would not be able to use the credit towards upcoming trips for family reasons. It is especially important during the time when all businesses loose their profit; Russian Trains remains an honest company that cares for their customers and does what's fair in this difficult situation.

I had an excellent experience on RussianTrains.com. The directions were very clear, the forms were easy to complete and the explanations of how tickets would arrive, etc. we’re complete.The tickets arrived on the day I was told they would come and were easy to download and print. Although they are in Russian one can easily get all information including coach number and seat assignment.
