Wealth of info and super responsive
Amanda has alot on her plate and can't read EVERYTHING out there or that's sent to her... but she does a perty good job of it! If she doesn't personally reply to your questions or comments her coaches or the group will and then guide you through it. Her online group is amazing and supportive of both men and women although she is more geared to female athletes because after all the science of it is a bit different. She does a great job of putting together a team of coaches and registered dietitians and the information is easily accessible. Her course isn't a bust out and if your not happy after the 1st month your out less than a couple of cups of coffee total. I have been in the group for almost a year and it's supportive enough to remain even while not active.
