Dye bleed damage
Staff was friendly. I was disappointed that my hand knotted Persian rug came back with ink bleed stains. When I called to ask if they could fix it, they just said that happens sometimes and they couldn't do anything. They did give me a name of another company that might be able to repair it. The damage looks like it was rolled up while still damp in some areas, and that's where it bled. Very disappointed as it is a $5,000+ rug and we took it to Rudy's specifically because we trusted them to know how to handle it.

The new owner is terrific, and the fact that she hired one of the previous owner's family members to work with her is perfect. I've always enjoyed the people with Rudy's, so it is nice to know that experience with continue. Oh, and they did a very nice job on my rug. :-)

I have been using Rudy's for years but just had several large rugs cleaned that needed furniture moved so I needed pickup & delivery. The schedulers, Rachel & Annie, were excellent communicators working around a snow event that changed the schedule. The 20 year employee, Donell, did a stellar job & was extremely careful in moving items around to get the rugs out/in. Long time employees says a lot about a company's reputation in my opinion. And, of course, the rugs came back clean & deodorized due to doggies having been in the house. And just in time for a new dog arrival! Thank you for a job well done in a quick turn around! Much appreciated.
