I buy this enchilada sauce regularly at my local Lunardi’s and the taste is always consistent. I usually make enchiladas, but you can make other dishes because the flavor is delicious and unique. Stock up because they tend to sell out if you purchase in store or you can always purchase them online now.
I just tried the sauce today and the flavor is just right…not too spicy but plenty of flavor. I modified the recipe on the jar to fit my individual diet needs using 25 calorie tortillas, rotisserie chicken from the deli, minimal reduced fat shredded cheese on top only, and 1/2 cup of the sauce. This was the perfect lunch size and kept the calories and fat super low without compromising taste. Love this all natural, yummy sauce. I’m so glad I tried it!

THE best red sauce I have come across! I am pretty picky, especially with red sauce. Most red sauces have a bitter taste , which I am not a fan of. I like to think I am a pretty good cook , but even after trying so many recipes I have yet to find that red sauce staple in my home. Which is mainly why I stick to green sauce for encheladas . That is until I came across this sauce! Wow , this sauce is extremely flavorful , and gives you that homemade taste without the hassle . As a mother of three littles , I love the fact that I don't need to change anything about the sauce to accommodate their different spice tolerances, which is hard to accommplish and still keeping it so flavorful! Everyone in my family love's this sauce, definitely not buying any other red sauce for our enchiladas.
I have used only one enchilada sauce since I’ve been married (13 years) and have refused to use anything different. That is until we had dinner at an event and they served enchiladas made with Roselle Homemade enchilada sauce! O boy has this been a game changer for my family and friends! I only use Roselle Enchilada sauce now. We stock up when we are in town because it’s a sought after staple in our home.
Great for the whole houshold! I crave these often. I can make a batch of enchiladas following the easy instructions on the bottle. We never have to buy/prep 2 seperate meals when we have friends over with young kids. They love it too!
What can I say other than Roselle Homemade is quite frankly the best tasting enchilada sauce I have ever tasted!! Right out of the jar you smell the aroma of different herbs, and spices, it is then that you realize Roselle is different, much different from the typical bland sauce that we're all used to.
