I ordered 4 kids' robes for Christmas. The quality was great. I took one in my suitcase for Thanksgiving to show their mom. "Great, but not the color they want (Robermart didn't carry it) and not the fabric they want." I tried to return them to Robemart and they said I was outside of their 30 day return period. Sad. Three robes are still in the original bags. Will donate them somewhere. Beware of returns!!
I was looking for a Waffle Robe and ran across RobeMart.com. I checked with Trustpilot to make sure it’s a legitimate website and it is. I seen this beautiful Waffle Robe in Gray and decided to order it. When I received my robe I was so excited, the color is rich, the robe is well made, the length of the sleeves, and the overall length of the robe was perfect for me. My suggestion is if you’re looking for that Perfect Robe that you will Love order from this company and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over two years, purchasing bulk items for my shop, but my experience over the last six months has been incredibly disappointing. The quality of the products has steadily declined, and despite spending significant amounts of money on express shipping, I continue to receive subpar slippers. Even after requesting replacements, the same flawed slippers are sent to me, with no improvement in quality. I have repeatedly asked them to check the products before shipping, but it feels like a waste of both time and money. I can no longer trust this shop for bulk purchases and will be taking my business elsewhere.
My first order -- couldn't be more impressed!! I was extremely pleased with the look, feel and overall quality (including custom embroidery) of all products ordered. I'll be re-stocking again soon!
The robe I purchased for my wife last Christmas was a hit. There was an issue with the sash. I contacted Robemart and they immediately took care of the problem.
