Trust these professionals
Pick up in Boston was smooth, not just on time, but a day early (which was helpful for us ). Car was delivered in Seattle as scheduled and in perfect shape. I do wish the tracking feature had worked, but that’s a minor point. Highly recommend Roadrunner!

Great Communication and service
Great Communication and Service! I was kept abreast every step of the way about what to expect, where my vehicle was along its' journey. My vehicle was delivered ahead of schedule, but I knew exactly what to/ and when to expect. The driver was friendly, efficient, and helpful. This was a very good experience, and I would use RoadRunner Auto Transport again.

BEWARE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY I BOOKED A TRANSPORT THRU THIS COMPANY THEY HAD A DRIVER SITTING THERE WAITING TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE POOR GUY WAS SITTING THERE FOR 2 HOURS WAITING ON ROAD RUNNER TO DO THEIR PART THEN THEY CANCELLED HIM TRIED TO CALL THEM THEY STOPPED ANSWERING MY CALLS AND THEN 8 HOURS LATER WHEN SOMEONE DID RETURN MY CALL SHE WAS RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME I SURE DO HOPE SOMEONE IN UPPER MANAGEMENT CALLS ME BACK I WOULD LOVE TO TELL THEM WHAT I THINK BUT I DON'T THINK THATS GOING TO HAPPEN

Roadrunner Has Great Service
Roadrunner was so quick to find a driver and set up for my car to go to OR. Driver showed up early on a Saturday, loaded car in TX and was in OR by Tuesday morning! Was so awesome!! Thanks for the great service that was provided!

Worst experience ever with a company.
We were scheduled to have a car picked up on a Tuesday. We received 2-3 confirmations from roadrunner that the driver would be contacting us 2-3 hours in advance to coordinate the the pickup (pickup window goes to 9:00 PM). At 3:00 on Tuesday, we received the driver's contact info., so I called him directly. He informed me that he was actually scheduled to pickup on Wednesday. So, after numerous texts with the driver, he didn't end up getting the car until Friday around noon. He assured me that he'd give me updates on when the car would be delivered to my MIL (and would inform her, also). At 4:30 AM Sunday morning, my MIL gets 3 repetitive texts from the driver saying he's there with her car. A 72 old widow had to go outside in the dark at 4:30 AM to receive & sign off on a car delivery. We've never experienced such terrible service in our life. Roadrunner didn't seem to care about the situation. We will never use them again. Booking #R2101436

Great Auto Transport Service
Great transport service. Utilized the company twice now and it has really been beneficial especially being active duty military with schools and PCS moves.
