I had a really good experience working with Tami. She has really great knowledge of nutrition and helped me with my hormonal imbalances. I would recommend her for anyone looking for a personalized approach. She really cares, and that was key for me.
Working with Tami of Red Jasper Wellness has been awesome. She is supportive of my concerns and then adds additional or differing insight to add perspective based on her expertise. The best thing I appreciated about Tami was her demeanor. It never feels like she is judgy or too buttoned up. She's easy going but knows when and how to put some pressure on. Working with Tami feels like working with a friend!

I have always struggled with emotional eating. Whether happy, depressed or stressed I always used food as a coping tool. I found Tami to be an amazing listener. She gave me direct, nonjudgmental feedback and helped me understand how eating natural didn’t have to be a burden. I'm a stay-at-home mom of three who doesn't have a lot of time to exercise or eat right. I tend to grab what's easy and quick to make and that's not always going to be healthy for me. Learning that I have fatty liver disease and am pre-diabetic was really scary, and I knew I needed help to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Tami listened to my concerns and was able to help me come up with a plan that works best for me. I love that she is able to help people based on their individual needs, and doesn't try to put everyone in the same little box. What's right for some people may not be right for others. I truly appreciate the time and care she took to work with me.
