Wow - Product, Shipping, Customer Service
Wow, this team was quick to respond to a lot of my questions. Available for me to call and speak directly to my representative Rosie R. who was absolutely lovely, and informative to work with. Their product is high quality. They were able to print our company's QR code and logo! Even though the QR Code had to be shrunk down, they were able to ensure it would work, and it does! The shipping time was such a timely turnaround and their checkout process was seamless. Highly recommend this company!

Great customer experience with Gerri. She is a terrific representative of your business. I have had my own small business for 40 years, so I’m very well aware of the importance of having a good representative. She is top-notch. After I received your bid, I looked around to see how it compared to other companies. I found someone that beat your price, but decided I would rather stay with Gerri because I knew she would take good care of me and our company now and in the future. Product looks great. PHENOMINAL Products and Service!
I randomly came across Quality Imprints doing a Google search a little over a year ago. I am SOOO excited to be able to report that they do a PHENOMINAL job! We have already had them do 1 set of company zip hoodies and T-shirts for 2 different programs. We just placed an order for company jackets, and we are excited to see our next round of finished product. The products are great quality and have turned out EXACTLY as we wanted. Our rep, Joey, is also a gem of a company representative! Joey is ALWAYS as prompt, helpful and friendly as anyone could ever ask. We couldn't ask for a better company to do business with, and you absolutely will not be disappointed working with QI!
