Fraudulent charge on my credit card
There was a major issue that I had, regarding a fraudulent charge on my credit card. (My credit card was compromised and someone charged more than $430.00 worth of products fraudulently from Pup Labs).When I reached Pup Labs' customer service, the support provided by Ms. Fawn and her management team was well above and beyond the call of duty. My Dog is still Evaluating the Freeze-dried food
At first, BB loved the freeze-dried beef, so I ordered the chicken also. The chicken never came. After a week or so, increasing lie instructed, BB became "some timey" about it. Sometimes she eats it, and sometimes she walks away from it.

Terrible company, DO NOT BUY. My dog developed kidney problems after taking their product. I only purchased once and did not sign up for any membership, yet they registered my purchase as a subscription anyway. I’ve been trying to cancel, but it’s impossible. This is a scam!The product is expensive and it doesn't work. I called the company and nobody answers; I sent emails and they won't resolve anything via email. I checked the website and there is absolutely no guidance or help on how to cancel something I didn't even ask for! DO NOT BUY, you will regret it.

Treatment nightmare became a success when we found Pup Labs formula
Cinder refused to eat, drink or even open her mouth when I gave her a prior product. She was given Pup Labs formula as soon as it arrived! Cinder had no complaints with the flavor. Within a week her teeth were brighter and cleaner! Her gums were less swollen and some of the tartar seemed to be dissolving away. We were heart broken when her arthritic disease became a critical factor in her life and she passed peacefully on February 15, 2026. My dog tolerated it well and his dragon breath improved immediately. His teeth are pearly white! Only wish it came in a box or jar instead of an envelope as it is difficult for me to manipulate the tiny scoop.

Terrible...customer service and product
I called the number as they didn't respond via email (because they don't want it documented probably) and after being on hold for a long period of time I was able to talk to someone. She was very rude and unhelpful. She just kept repeating herself and didn't provide me help at all. The product (dental powder) has not helped any of my 3 dogs and now they will not even touch anything that is on it. When I purchased the powder it was with the understanding that if it didn't work I would have the option to return it. It states 100% Satisfaction Money-Back Guarantee and to me that is 100% money back if not satisfied. However, all they would offer was a gift card or refund for unopened bags and when I questioned that the lady said well that's our new policy and why we want people to call. So call to be told that you've been screwed over and that they aren't going to provide you with support like they say they will. Seems like a pretty sketchy operation that manipulates and doesn't help their customers in the least bit. I am still just upset how rude the customer service lady was towards me. She did not help at all and who knows if I will even get the email she promised me regarding my options for refunds (the gift card or refund of unopened packs but I have to pay shipping back). So rude and dishonest company that doesn't follow their satisfaction guarantee. Order from here with caution.

Absolutely horrible they LIE
I just contacted this company by phone for a refund and they told me I can get a gift card or a refund for unopened bags, how is this a 100% money back guarantee? It is in fact not and they are misleading people intentionally so there's nothing they can do but get scammed. Just know that if you buy this or any product from puplabs that there is NOT a 100% money back guarantee and it does not work for every dog!!! Disgusting as I paid almost $300 and they're offering $30 for ME to PAY to send back the unopened bag. You should be ashamed to make such claims on your website and then not follow through. Don't respond with "Call us at this number" BS either because I did that and nothing was resolved just an "I'm sorry that's company policy"

I tried clear ear made my dogs ears dark red and appeared to be very painful shook and rubbed her head I've used other ear cleaners that work ears go to lite pink and didn't rubn her head violently
