My experience with Christian in the compliance department was everything I appreciate Christian being very professional very responsiveness, he demonstrated wow, guiding me through the compliance requirements. Christian made the process smooth and straightforward, I greatly appreciate and value the positive experience and I look forward to working on many projects in the future with Protos Security.

When it comes to payment Protos Security is one of the best companies out there, my company has never had any issue with them. The Accounts Payable Supervisor Jennifer Patsel and her team are doing a great job. Jennifer Patsel can respond to you at any moment you send her messages even on weekends or holidays. Working as a subcontractor for Protos Security has been a largely positive experience. What sets the company apart is its high level of professionalism and its commitment to helping smaller security companies develop and succeed.
One of the features that stands out to us is Protos' 24-hour dispatch capability, with the ability to speak with a live dispatcher at any time. This gives us reassurance and provides quick resolution to issues as they arise. We also like the mobile app, which allows the guards to clock in and out and track the guard's location in real time.

I have had a really good experiences with the people at Protos. I started working as a vendor with them middle of 2025. It has been slow in terms of work orders but the ones I received were fair in pricing. The dispatchers are easy to talk with. The Vendor relations manager is very accessible. I am hoping for a better relationship this year.

Could be better in pricing and better customer service than what’s been given and better in communication with clients and guard services due to the lack of support from Protos Security team. Overall you are good source for work orders and helping intro companies get their start and customer service but theirs always room for improvement for everyone
