making the vinyl was so easy and the upload was very simple. customer service was best i’ve ever received, allowing me to change a song days after i ordered and letting me know i needed to update the track list when i did make the change. they had immediate responses and were very easy to talk to. would 100% recommend. also has a very fair price for a small business
They were absolutely amazing from the beginning they communicated every time I sent a message of concern of some sort they would answer my question in a very good time frame I did not have to wait long the product itself was fantastic sounded great looks great I'm very impressed

Super simple website to use to order through and the product itself turned out great from the sound quality of the pictures on the album cover and in the centre of the record too, i was expecting a good quality product but this definitely exceeded my expectations.My partner absolutely loved this gift they were able to make for me for her birthday and I will definitely be ordering from them again

Delivery is very quick and easy, from ordering to receipt! Fantastic quality, too! I purchased a vinyl and paid extra for a priority shipping option. It’s been over 2 weeks since my purchase and I have not recieved any tracking. I emailed the company twice to ask for an update and they said it would likely be here around mid February which is a month after I purchased. I told them I paid for priority shipping and they basically said that didn’t matter, I’m not exaggerating and now I cannot get a response after asking simply for tracking. I can’t speak on the quality of the item but customer service is absolutely horrible and the ship time is horrendous. If you do order, don’t waste your money on any type of expedited shipping and don’t expect a response from customer service. Would not purchase again regardless of quality

They take money, claim to edit tracks. Send you an email but all replies back to their support bounce. I placed an order in July and now it’s February and it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone. Would not recommend what so ever. They can spam me with marketing emails still but they can’t seem to get any inbound emails.
Great sound quality and the cover art is also great quality. Thats a huge deal! I will be ordering from them again

I love the vinyl. It's quality and had all the right versions of the songs I picked out this is a really dope service. The "priority" processing and shipping add ons are a scam. I bought one and the thing took FOREVER to arrive. The customer service rep I spoke to was quick and responsive. I would recommend this website just give yourself at least 2 months for it to arrive before you need it & don't waste the money on the priority shipping. Other than great product & very cool !
Very reliable company that created a beautiful cover for me. Even could include the same back cover as original making it more realistic!! They deserve more credit and they will be the first if I ever need another custom cover :)
This album came to me earlier than I expected and in great quality. Packaging was neat and discreet so it didn’t ruin the surprise. Sound quality and photo quality is great. I can’t wait to give this to my fiancé!!!!
Both the vinyl and cover are so well made and high quality. The sound is perfect, and the entire ordering process was extremely easy. Staff were incredibly helpful and did everything they could to make sure it turned out amazing. 10/10 experience
This company is amazing! Very quick to respond to emails, and kept me informed the entire time. The sound quality is pristine and the record is beautifully crafted. This was my first time using them, but definitely won’t be my last. Also, it got here sooner than expected, which was a double bonus!
