The company is actually great
The company is actually great, and they do really good work. I've ordered from them a couple times already, and for the most part I've been satisfied.But unfortunately the last time I ordered from them, I didn't receive all the products that I ordered. I ordered three different shirts, and I only received two out of three. And to be honest I've always been kind of paranoid that this might happen, so I try to never spend a lot of money, that way if I don't get all the stuff I ordered, the money lost is minimal. But that third shirt was a gift for somebody, so either way it's kind of depressing.And it sucks because they've actually been very consistent up until now, but now I have to find another company to do business with. But for the most part, this is actually still a great company. And I would probably still recommend them.

Almost immediately after ordering costumes for a charity activity I realised I’d ordered the wrong size. Within a few minutes I raised a support request (#73684). The original order and the support request were raised on 20 February and as of today (07 March) I am yet to receive any sort of communication related to the support request. I did however receive my products and as expected one of the items was the wrong size. Please, I would greatly appreciate some support in rectifying this asap!
