Do Your Due Diligence
Our original estimate to move from Northern Idaho to AZ was $5168. Three days before the move it jumped to $19,980. They said it was because we needed a 46’ truck. On moving day they showed up with a 26’ truck and had to go rent a 20’ U-Haul which they filled twice. Two loads had left our home when everything was loaded and the price went up another $4000. I told the driver I refused to sign and his response? ‘You want your stuff or not’. The saga goes on and on but we did end up filing a lawsuit in federal court. Today I received notification from our attorney…..THEY HAVE GONE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!
This was the worst experience I have ever experience. Their movers showed up a day early and rushed to load up some (Not all) of my items from my home. They stated they were coming to just assist with the packing. Once I finally received the items they took, everything was damaged.

The broker lied about the insurance…
The broker lied about the insurance coverage. Tommy, the representative, assured me that any damages would be covered by the insurance coverage, even after asking about particular language in the documents. That is not true. The insurance covered only about 20% of the damages. Do not rely on any statement made by this company regarding details and costs of the move. If my case is is representative of their business practices, quite frankly, I think they will commit fraud to get you to sign the contract.

Switch and bait
My husband just passed away from dementia. I called them to move me to live with my son for a while. They did a bunch of talking, empty promises. They took inventory and even called days before to go over it again. I had since sold some items allowing for more boxes and totes. Had a funny feeling a few times because i couldn’t reach them easily after they took my deposit of 1083.00. Angie said call her when drivers arrive if any issues. Drivers arrived had attitude and didn’t knock just walked in saying HELLO loudly. Said oh this is easy we can be done with this in a few min. I offered to help them THEN they hit me what people have been saying a HIGHER price by thousands 4000 to be exact. Then went down a thousand I was crying and hurting so bad with chest pains over the stress and unbelief. So the price on my contract says the items and 2100 which they TOOK my 1083 already and I owe 500 pickup 500 later. Nope they wanted more but why. Sam a woman wasn’t helpful and said if I don’t let them move me I forfeit my money but see they changed the whole thing NOT ME I did NOTHING wrong so now I’m calling BBB, made police report already and filing in small claims in the morning. So I’m sitting here with all my boxes which I wouldn’t want them back here all I’m going for is whats RIGHTFULLY mine and that’s my 1083 dollars. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Scam scam scam…
Scam scam scam…. Lost over $4k. Movers only took 31 items out of our contract 125 items because they didn’t have enough space in their truck due to other pick ups. When asked why, they said we need to pay an additional $2,500 for all our items to be taken. They don’t have their own movers, they contract out which really makes this very sketchy. This is a very well made scam moving company. Ridiculous. Side note, we are still waiting for our items to be delivered.. movers are MIA. Wish I saw other reviews before booking. Hopefully I save others from this trap.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Under no circumstances use Primeline. We used the Primeline out of New Jersey. We provided a detailed inventory list of our move. Primeline provided a reasonable quote. When the sub contractor showed our quote literally tripled. Primeline asked for a piece count of boxes and furniture. We provided a detailed list including furniture. Moving our home was never going to fit into 700 square feet and Primeline knew that from the very beginning. This company intentionally baits you into contract then tells you your piece count of items doesn’t matter, only the square feet of space needed. Customer service will not help you resolve any complaint. Customer service supervisors will tell you “company policy is to never give a refund, so good luck getting one”. That quote is verbatim. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Not what is advertised when contacting brokers
One man showed up with a moving truck, he tried charging me 80.00 to wrap two items, I told him that was part of my contract package, I wrapped my two items myself. He only took 13 items aboard his truck and said I met the cubic ft quota and couldn't take any more. I was told by him that I would receive my moved items on the 24th of August I'm still without my items along with 1,700.00 down for the move to pay 688.50 upon delivery, mind you this is for a nine hour drive for the entire move. it's now September 15th and five calls into customer service inquiring where are my things? only to be told I would receive a call within a week three times now and still customer service has not contacted me back, customer service is completely incompetent and very unprofessional, I have been waiting for going on one month now for my vital to living items, ect bed, stove, and other items, I personally would never recommend this Company to not ven my worst enemy, shocking they are still in buisness.

Law enforcement involved- I’m having to get an attorney after all of this bull. I’m still out $2,040 and the bank does not want to help out, even with a police report filed since it’s a scam company and I authorized the deposit I gave them. I ended up having to drive back to CA. and rent a uhaul so that’s an extra $4,000 spent on top of my stolen $2k. Not to mention gas for the 700+ miles of back and forth. This ‘company’ (group of losers) is a scam and I hope they go down soon. DO NOT USE THEM. DO NOT TRUST THE FAKE REVIEWS.

DO NOT HIRE UNDER ANY CIRCUSTANCE!!!
The only reason these crooks get a "1" is because I can't go any lower. EXTREMELY POOR customer service, fake reviews all kinds of hidden charges. DON'T trust anything they say over the phone. They made claims that they knew they couldn't do. They don't even deliver when promised. When we finally got our furniture nearly half were damaged beyond repair. THEY NEED TO BE RUN OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

Don’t do it … hiring an…
Omg what a s*it show … hiring an attorney .. every single one of these 1 star reviews is legit. All others are fake .. don’t use them. They are criminals. Our price quadrupled , they left our belongings in the rain . They were 10 hours late … then told me to pay to get my stuff on a certain date and then switch and bait will now take a month. Calling BBB. Filing a claim with the police . Hiring an attorney I am not going quietly just because the man on the other end try’s to be “scary” This company is run by a bunch of criminals.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Was quoted a price then when they showed up it doubled I was already half way to my new house. In 63 hrs I've never dealt with such a shady company. Please don't use them FYI I initially booked this thru budget movers they farmed it out to this group of clowns. Nobody says anything about how to fix it just says I understand. Save your money hire a real mover. I'm not looking fwd to seeing how my stuff fared. I don't write reviews but please go elswhere.

Prime line review
Prime line review DO NOT EVER USE PrimeLine Van Lines based in NJ. Here are just some of the reasons based on our move experience with them:- They were brokers, not a moving company - They tried to fake that our deposit was not paid to try and get a second payment - Their customer service answers the phone before 3 pt (not later) but is worthless. They could not confirm ETA and would promise a dispatcher to call. That never once happened, even after daily calls.- They required a 2 day window for pickup… - Still showed up late… 5:30 pm on a Saturday night, 7/20- No calls from anyone on the pickup or delivery date until the driver would call with just 15 minutes warning - The hired pickup movers had a rental truck, clearly not professional movers- They charged an extra $1k+ at pickup even though nothing changed in our inventory - They required CASH payment - They said our delivery date would be 7/26 and then proceeded to say that was only the first potential delivery date. They said they have a 7-14 day window for delivery after the first date 7/26- Our delivery was finally on 8/16 at 5:30 pm on a Friday night. Nearly a month after pickup on a 2 day route. - Again they required cash and would not start moving our goods until they had the cash. Fortunately our items did not seem to be damaged and all seemed to be accounted for. This was our worst move and pure scam experience ever.

DONT DO IT!!! Seriously
This was nightmare from beginning to end. There was value in spending $5600 for an apartment sized load since I had back surgery recently and they promised full service. After signing the initial agreement they kept adding time to the delivery. It went from a max of 21 calendar days to 35 business days. Got that sorted out but had a delivery driver with an attitude from the first call. Then he refused to reassemble my furniture and left what wrapping they did take off all over my house and yard. It’s like they took it off just so they could leave it behind. The worst part was when he flipped out because I didn’t want to sign something saying I received the goods and service as promised before they even started unloading. I literally had to call the police to get them to let me write a statement at the bottom that I did NOT review the goods and drive off with my things.
