Package Never Delivered — Poor Customer Service and Delayed Resolution
I had a serious issue with my order (#13888). The tracking showed “out for delivery,” but I never received the package.I contacted customer support immediately, and instead of resolving the problem quickly, they kept asking me to wait for the carrier’s investigation. As the seller, they are responsible for making sure the order is delivered — not the customer.Only after I insisted and mentioned filing a chargeback did they agree to send a replacement. The whole process was stressful, slow, and unprofessional.Customers should not have to fight to receive what they paid for. Very poor handling of a missing package.I would not recommend based on this experience.

Absolutely fantastic product!!! The shipping was fast. With my first month, I lost a total of twenty pounds. I just now got my second order and im so excited. I do have nausea with it. It has gotten better over the month. Other than that, it has been a fantastic product!

I trust this company, and the service is prompt.
I received my order 4 days after I placed it, in a confidential package. This is not the first time I've ordered from Prime Lab and I've had good experiences from them. It's hard to know who to trust and so while there are cheaper options available for my research I didn't feel confident that the quality of the product was going to be to the standards of PL. I just administered the first injection 24 hours ago and so far my subject is tolerating it well with no side effects.
