If you can afford it, id recommend it.
Customer service is top tier. Price is a little high given the value of other brands. Non-clumping works waaaay better than expected, but seems it will not last as long effectively. Also, the clear litter works great to help distract your brain as to how much litter is tracked. All said it's some of the best litter I've tried, but the few reasons I've mentioned are why I can't give it 5 stars. The claim non-clumping "last longer" only seems to be true if you're fine with the tail end being 50% pee remnants/colors. The smaller bag doesn't give enough litter for my cats medium/large box, and it tracks quite a bit.

Litter -informative, in case your cat is having a medical issue, which gives you time to have your cat checked out for something you may not notice in your cats health. Horrible customer service.0k litter.
I used to use pretty Litter happily and referred several people. Then I discontinued because my cat died. When I got more cats I again signed up. With two cats I found the amount of tracking litter all over the house unacceptable. I wrote to the company; I thought it was clear I wanted to cancel.When I received an email that my order would go out in 48 hours I cancelled ( again). However although the email indicated 48 hours it already went out. Then started the ordeal of getting my money back including a rude “ customer service” person, who did agree finally to send me a mailing label to send the litter back. Then came the daily emails reminding me to make the return immediately though I was and still am within the return frame.I feel harassed and nothing could induce me to support this company in any way again. Clearly nobody had explained the concept of helpful customer service.

This is an excellent product. I watched to make sure coloring was yellow and one day I noticed a reddish color. I was alarmed and made visit for my Sassy at the animal hospital. After testing, she had a urinary tract infection with crystal. She received an antibiotic injection, urinary food and a culture sent to the lab. This would not have been identified without Pretty Litter. Thank you so much for this life saving product. Females are prone to bladder blocks and it is great to address early.

This litter is great. I love how light weight it is and it really is pretty! When you scoop it every day and deep clean every 3 weeks its wonderful! Only thing I would say is that it can be dusty. But no smells. Highly recommend.

Ely was as good as it gets.Most companies try to make things difficult if you are canceling a subscription or getting a refund. Pretty Litter performed in this regard like all companies should,but few do.

My cat loves this product so much that she tries to spread it everywhere! I taller litter pan solved that little problem. I love that there is virtually no smell to this litter even if I miss sifting the poo for a day. Great product!
