Deceptive Marketing …
I don't feel as if the actual marketing was honest. I purchased an autographed Geezer Butler copy of "Paranoid", " 1 of 215". I received copy 133 of 215. I feel that the album marketing should have been worded " one of 215 copies" , as " 1 of 215" implies that I am paying for copy #1 of 215.

I preordered Softly, As I Leave You by Priscilla Presley from Premier Collectibles and had a great experience. The listing description was detailed and helped me confidently decide. Shipping was fast, and the book and autograph are amazing. Very pleased with the purchase.

had to exchange
I was sent a scratched record the first time around which wasn’t awesome considering it was signed. The exchange process was relatively simple and I appreciate being able to get one that’s not scratched. Wish quality control had been better though.

Ordered the mystery country music…
Ordered the mystery country music package. It said value of package had a floor of $270. Received single signed CD of minimally known singer. I could have got the same signed CD on Ebay for $25.00 instead of the $200.00 I paid. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered a signed book in October
I ordered a signed book in October. I emailed in December asking when it would arrive. I said that if it couldn't arrive by Christmas, please cancel and refund my order. They said they would cancel. I bought the same book at bookstore so I would have it for a Christmas gift. The signed book arrived in the mail in January so I have paid for this book twice now. Very frustrating.

Christmas Gift delivered in time for Valentine's Day
I ordered a book for a Christmas Gift for my husband on 11/26, thinking it would be delivered in time. After several weeks, it still had not been shipped. I called customer service who told me they were waiting on the signed books from the author. By this time, it was too late to order anything else for my husband's gift. I do not know why there was not information on the description of the book that it was not in stock, nor do I understand why I never received any communication from Premier that the book was unavailable. It was finally delivered just in time for Valentine's Day. This was not the experience I expected.

No Status Communication
I ordered a book shortly before Christmas. While I did not expect for it to be delivered by Christmas, it ended up taking nearly two months to arrive. When I finally got an answer from Customer Service after two emails I was told the book was backordered and there was no ETA provided. There was no proactive communication from you until about a week before the book arrived, notifying me it was shipped. The product was OK, but you get an F for service.
