Whenever I've had a problem, it's always been sorted out promptly. Petsnowy has the best customer service I've dealt with. I'll remain a customer for life, and I recommend them to everyone with pets. Their products are also innovative.

I have had the pet snowy for two plus years. It’s been a great help with the cats. It helps with less litter around the house. Any issues I have had customer service has been so helpful and quickly. It is so easy to clean and keep clean.
This was the easiest experience fixing a problem. I was gifted a petsnowy litter box and it unfortunately didn't work. Customer service worked with me promptly to fix the issue and I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the care I received. It does seem pricey but for them supporting their product they way they do, it's worth it.

I’ve only had the litter box for 2 days now, but so far I’m really impressed. The litter stays clean, the fan with the deodorant actually smells good, and the app is super fun.. you can see how many times your cat went in. Honestly, even in just a couple of days, it feels like something worth having. Can’t wait to see how it works long-term! It’s a game changer.
I love their products, and the customer service is top notch. I had a part break within warranty and they sent out a replacement the same day. Cannot fault them at all, highly recommend.The cats love the SNOW+ Litter Box, phenomenal product, and I trust the cats are safe around it when I'm not home given the protective features.
I bought a Petsnowy automatic litter box in Jan 2024. It was working very well since the past 2 years, however recently I started facing issues in the litter cleanup and a yellow light kept on flashing on every clean.I checked Petsnowy articles on similar situations and the solution didn't help so I mailed Petsnowy customer care.They promptly replied within 2 business day and offered me a free base for the auto litter to fix the issue. And the base arrived super fast and my litter box is back to new and I don't have to buy a new one!My cats are safe again :)This is amazing Customer Service and I highly appreciate the help Petsnowy offered. I am going to refer Petsnowy to all my cat hoomans now!
I looked at the reviews of lots of litter boxes and I thought for the price the Petsnowy looked the best so I bought one and it arrived within a few days. All I can say is it is brilliant, one of my cats took to it right away and my blind cat took about a week. My life is much easier now, I can track which cat has used the pet snowy via the app and no more poo scooping. If you are thinking about buying one you should get it, it is so worth it.

For the price, this product did not meet my expectations. The litter box is unreliable and frequently malfunctions. Even after the manufacturer replaced the entire control module at no cost, the device still does not operate properly.The control buttons respond inconsistently, the mobile app crashes periodically, and the unit often freezes. Adding litter and using the Reset function also cause repeated issues, requiring a full power restart.The automatic deodorizer is not useful either, as my cat reacts negatively to the scent and avoids the litter box. Overall, I would not purchase this device again.
We love our PetSnowy products. We have the litter box, feeder, and water fountain. They're all so easy to use, reliable, and our kitties love it too. We access them all through the app, which is very helpful! Overall very satisfied.
I bought the PetSnowy litterbox off of Amazon for convenience and had no troubles setting it up and eventually getting my cat used to it. The litterbox itself has a great design to help contain the litter. The app also can be great, although the only issue I've noticed is the weight being off by a pound or so occasionally. However, I noticed the box was missing the mini mesh filter that it advertised, which would work better with the type of litter I use. I reached out to customer service and they had explained what caused the issue and resolved it by sending me one as soon as they were available. I sincerely appreciate the quick and helpful responses. Thank you, PetSnowy!
My petsnowy is absolutely wonderful. Easy to use, clean and odorless. Their after sales service is also amazing, if you have any issues with the product their staff are super efficient and courteous.

I've had the Pet Snowy for about a year now. It's pretty simple to use, and makes my life a lot easier. Earlier this year, I had a problem with the drawer not working. I reached out to customer support, and Joey quickly helped me determine the problem and sent me a new one. It did take a few weeks (they were out of stock at the time), but I didn't have to remind them about it. Very kind and professional.
I absolutely love the thing. The entrance is opened from the side, so cats who get weird about peeing onside the litter box do not make a mess. The app is super easy to work with, and can even been integrated in tbe Tuya ecosphere.
The app is complete garbage. I was gifted one for my birthday, and yet it doesn't work at all. I've been trying to connect and set it up on my 2.4GHz network as instructed, but nothing ever works. The new UI is horrible, and it's impossible to get help on this. $700 for this, and I feel like I just wasted my friend's money. $700 for a robo cat litter and the app was built with ChatGPT.
I was a bit discouraged when I didn’t hear anything back from PetSnowy about a lack of response in a timely manner as their website promises, but as it turns out there was some glitch that prevented my messages going through and when I reached out on Facebook, they promptly responded, emailed me back, and helped me with my request. They were friendly and understanding and my view of their customer support team has made a complete 180. They truly cared about my experience and I would recommend PetSnowy as a great solution and their company for having great customer service.
