I would give less than 1 star if…

I would give less than 1 star if possible.I didn't know I had subscribed and when the first tub of chews didn't work and my dog hated them, I asked for a refund by email. No response. I tried ringing their UK number, no pick up. They then emailed me to tell me my next order was on its way and it was taking the money from my account. I tried to email them another 3 times and still no response. I tried once more to ring, no reply. I have had to contact my bank to pause any further requests for payment but they were unable to refund the latest payment.DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.

I never received my first order

I never received my first order. After many efforts to contact them, I didn’t hear anything back. And then they continued to send products to a different address. They had the audacity to keep sending me messages about how I should be getting on, even though I’ve yet to receive anything from them. It’s a scam. Avoid like the plague.

ZERO Customer Support

Update: After I emailed a 3rd time someone responded and refunded my money. Product I ordered did absolutely nothing to improve itching for either one of my dogs. This company does not respond to emails or answer calls. No one has time to wait on hold for over an hour or wait more than 10 days for a reply to their email. It's impossible to return anything. Scammers.

I have used this Company for months I…

I have used this Company for months I ordered the Joint Chews for my German Shepard monthly who was DX with Hip Dysplasia in both hips at 2 years old ! We tried all the RX Vet Meds water therapy you name it but our poor girl was suffering and could hardly walk . Now at 6 years old in just a few days She can climb stairs both ways get on the couch next to her Alpha Male Daddy and walk without a limp ! Yay we got our puppy back It’s hard on retirement but theses joints are such an amazing price that we can do this and I’m telling you people all their products and warm friendly staff like KAYLA are beyond amazing!! Oh if our girl could only speak English but from Ziva to all of you readers here is her 4-Paw Salute to Pet Lab Co 🐾🐾🐕 she’s a Happy Girl Thanks from the bottom of our hearts Pet Lab you are the BEST !!!! Ya gotta try these products people you Pets will love you Furever ❤️✔️🤗 B G
