Perfect Experience
I bought a Sleepypod carrier for one of my small dogs. I compared prices and selection with other sites and found PetFancy to be the best. My carrier arrived quickly and packaged well. I have a lot of dogs, different sizes, and I plan to buy another carrier and a couple of Sleepypod car harnesses as well, from PetFancy. Sleepypod, so far, seems to be an excellent brand. The carrier is beautiful and my Chihuahua fits in perfectly. Thank you.

Great Follow Up Service
Purchased an iFetch-Too ball launcher for my Airedale terrier. Came with out a charger. Called and received a charger in just two days. No fault of PetFancy but they made it right. Great Service on a $200 purchase.

XL Sling bag
My item was backordered so I knew it would take a while to arrive. Luckily it arrived in time for a trip we were taking and our dog fit perfectly in it. The bag is sturdy and she felt safe and secure in it. It is made very well and I will be ordering one for a friend. Thank you!

Quality products, reasonable prices
Serving both dogs and cats, PetFancy has high quality products at a reasonable price. We purchased a pet harness from them, and it is the only one certified to not break in a car accident. This is indicative of the products PetFancy carries.

Very happy with the purchase. It fit perfectly! I like the quality of the fabric, and it's such a great option for those days where pup just needs a little something to keep her warm. Delivery took longer than expected, but that would be my only concern, and I would buy again!

Uninformed and Late
My order was marked as "processing" for over a week. No response or information. Made phone call to see where my order was and was sent to an anonymous voice mail. I was never given any good explanations on where my order was or why it was late. Eventually it did arrive, unexpected, in time for Christmas. I would not do business with them again.

Good Customer Service
This was my first time using this company. I placed my order in a timely manner to be received by Christmas, as it was a gift for a visiting guest. After having to contact them by the 23rd to find out where my order was, they informed me that it wouldn't be arriving until the 29th. I was not happy about this. Their customer service department went out of their way to get the package to me as soon as they could and although it arrived after Christmas, they were gracious and apologetic and offered me a discount to be credited to my account. I would happily use their mail order products again knowing how they really care.

Great pet warmer
My dog Charley and I LOVE this fleece pull over. It is warm, easy to put on and take off and allows him to move freely. I've already washed it and it still looks great.
