Delivery questions
I called because I was getting conflicting messages from FedEx about the delivery of my products. The customer service rep told me what she could see on her end and gave me options what to do in case the items were not delivered. She even called back the next day to ask if the delivery was made. Nice to work with her.

Great alternative to Amazon!
I highly recommend. I had an issue with shipping and these fine folks were calling me nearly doing backflips to resolve my problem. Great customer service is rare these days!

This is a wonderful company, very honest and helpful
I always can get a hold of somebody and they will email me back. Everyone at this company that I have ever talked to have been extremely helpful. I usually do not recommend things but I recommend highly. It’s a wonderful company with wonderful people.
