Great service
It was great to work with the people At Patient Care, especially Kenneth Malone. He was very professional and took care of all the paperwork with my Urologist and with the Insurance Company. Highly recommended.

I am relatively new to Patient Care…
I am relatively new to Patient Care Medical. I found them doing a google search for a specific item I require (thanks google!). I used the "contact us" form, on the website, and received a call from Lara within 10 minutes, THAT is customer service. Lara listened to my specific needs, is a subject matter expert, explained options, took down information, and MADE IT HAPPEN. THAT is also great customer service and she has stayed in contact by following up and making sure I have the required medical supplies I need. So would I recommend Patient Care Medical? YES, that is a no brainer and hey, you may get lucky and get to talk to Lara, however I am sure the other representatives are awesome as well.

My review of your company rep
I feel fortunate to have made a completely random call to your company and reaching Chase . I explained my situation to him and he told me “no problem” , we’ll be glad to be your new catheter company” . He interacted with me and treated me in a very professional manner . I am extremely impressed with Patient Care Medical's customer service. I received excellent assistance from Nick. He helped me with getting my doctor's prescription, keeping me informed, making sure my supplies were sent to me and on time. I had some difficulties and Nick went above and beyond my expectations. They have supplied my catheters for 8 years
They have supplied my catheters for years with no problem. This last order there was a problem and Laura(the person who manages my account) called to inform me right away that Medicare was not going to cover due to some audit. She gave me my options and even looked into other ways to work around the problem. She knew that I was distressed about the issue and sent me out multiple different products for me to try. She went out of her way for me and they really offer their clients great support.

What you need to know: Try them for yourself!
First things first: You Want to use this company & product! Try them out and see for yourself the excellence of product, the care of the representatives and the ease of having your supplies shipped straight to your front door within 24 hours! Please try for yourself? You will not regret!I Had actually been out of supplies for 3 months, getting messages from another supply company for me to get their rep in touch with my doctors nurse instead of sending my supplies. I actually called the wrong number and asked to speak with a supervisor to report this rather offensive behavior and inquire as to when I would get my supplies... Anthony answered the phone, informed me he was a supervisor and wanted to help...i told him what had been happening, explained my predicament and was politely told I had dialed the wrong number but that he could help me get my supplies..which I Did receive the Very Next Day!!!(Yay!) He has kept up with me, I have already received my original 'sample' supplies, found what fits me best, & already gotten my first shipment of supplies. The product is sterile, comfortable and best of all, he let me know my insurance pays for it, which allows me to not have to choose between needed supplies and food, or other necessities. He has been right there to help at every juncture, got the paperwork from my physician, billed my insurance and has just made my entire daily life so much better. When you need something and can't afford or simply can't get it for other reasons, daily life gets hard and bleak. His expediancy, proffesionalism, and gentle spirit has been such a welcome experiance for me. I really appreciate Anthony, and this company. The product is so smooth and doesn't cause fissures, I love the fact that they come encased and prelubricated and are easy to keep sterile before right through use and easy to dispose of discreetly. Love the product! Adore the company! Can't tell just how very deeply I am grateful for and truly appreciate my personal customer service rep: Anthony!5 stars are not enough stars!

When I returned from my urologist's…
When I returned from my urologist's office after reviewing results and outcome of my recent surgery there was already a message on our answering machine from Ms. Washington at Patient Care Medical.She visited me the same day with samples and all the answers to my concerns and questions were answered. I am so happy my urologist referred me to Ms. Washington and this company.The catheters (and the one I am choosing) are easy to use, top quality, and safe. The best part of the experience is that Ms. Washington is a caring professional representative. I look forward to a long relationship with this company knowing I am in good hands with a great company, and more importantly a great representative.
