There shipping time is extensive and when they do send you an email saying it has shipped you no longer get a tracking number. I’m a big tealight fan and I have had multiple tealights that the wick bends over into the melted wax rendering the candle useless. This company in my opinion has gone downhill with quality over the years!
You get defective products. You contact them after the fourth 3 wick candle problems. After promising to replace them, they then change their tune and state they will not longer be replacing or refunding as it’s outside the window since ordering. Shitty company, shitty policies, don’t bother spending your money with them. They don’t care
I'm an affiliate with them 2023 and have known about partylite for years since 2015 when I first started but due to unfortunate circumstances had to stop and the products are amazing especially the the blue and white ceramic christmas collection really love this I have 4 pieces and just need to get one more .I'm disabled and my business is online and it's perfect for me hope this helps 😌 and i'm so glad to be back doing partylite candles and accessories again
