Part number did not match the part…

Part number did not match the part number I ordered. Had to pay to return. Customer service is very hard to get through to. Awful experience with this company.

Part Simple returns are NOT SIMPLE - Most complicated return I've ever encounter. You pay for any returns and they LOSE packages. DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Kenmore/LG icemaker…

I ordered a reman Kenmore/LG icemaker for about 10% of buying a new one. Came in a week, worked perfectly. Couldn't ask for more.

very disappointed

very disappointed, i was never trying to insult there intelligance but the part number provided doesnt look like my board however populated on there website so they wouldnt even try and understand my questions.

The sell defective parts

The sell defective parts. PartSimple does not test their repairs before sending the part to the customer. Very bad service. They should be investigate by the IL AG.

Fraud !

Never returned my part and never gave me a refund! I'm working on a complaint with the FTC.I sent my perfectly good part to them to test (I discovered the real problem with my microwave was a switch). They kept my part (theft !) and sent me a "reconditioned" part that worked if you only used the express cook button. The " push to start" button did not work, the turntable on- off didn't work, get the idea? And I suspect it will stop working all together after a year and a day.And, oh, NO REFUND! So I got nothing for $140 and need to get a new $600 microwave.These guys are criminals.UPDATE: My credit card company informed me that I received a refund on May 15. I have sent multiple emails with a photo of my part, hoping they will locate it. I have gotten no response.UPDATE: PartSimple returned my part. But they had broken it in half first. Unfortunately I don't see an option here for posting photos. I was so happy to see the notification from UPS that they were returning the part until I opened the box. There was no letter, no explanation, just the part in two pieces.

We ordered repairs from Part.simple of the washing machine control board. The money was paid, but nothing was repaired. Nothing has changed, as if the board was simply repackaged and returned to us. We are very unhappy with the work, the support did not help at all. We just ended up with money where we paid for repairs that didn’t happen. We do not recommend this company to anyone

Sent the control panel for my oven for…

Sent the control panel for my oven for repair. They sent it back without the wires needed to connect it back to the stove. Was told it was correct even though I provided pictures - after several emails back and forth they agreed to pay shipping for me to send it back. Control panel came back with the wires. I can use the oven but many of the buttons do not work. I went without for so long and dealt with so much frustration, it's not even worth the hassle to send it back again. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Great company

I was hesitant at first. But my $7000 Dacor double stopped working. I was getting a relay board error but kept putting it off to fix it then one day the oven stopped working completely. It would not even turn on. to replace both relay boards and the control board would have cost me over $2000. I found part simple and called and asked how this process works. I was told we would need to send the boards to them and they would repair them. I sent them and within a week of them receiving them we got them back. The two relay boards were refurbished and the control was replaced. We put them on yesterday and the oven works perfectly. The total cost for all three parts was just under $500. I highly recommend this company it you do not want to pay the high price for a new part. Also very time I called the customer service representative were very nice and also followed up with an email of the call.

Sells damaged remanufactured parts then fails to take responsibility and refund the full cost. Difficult to work with. Had to file a claim through my credit card.

2 Day Shipping is a Joke, Don't Pay Extra

1. 11:09 a.m. Friday, October 27th - Ordered a part, added 2 day shipping. I figured it being the weekend, it may be Tuesday, before I got the part, but was okay with that. 2. 9:25 a.m. Monday, October 30th - Emailed the company, requesting information on the shipping as I had yet to receive any shipping confirmation.3. 8:03 a.m. Tuesday, October 31st - Received an email that they would contact the warehouse and find out about shipping. 4. 10:47 a.m. Tuesday, October 31st - Received an email a shipping label has been created. 5. 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 31st - Sent an email, requesting a refund for the 2 Day Shipping6. 1:42 p.m. Tuesday, October 31st - Called Customer service. DIANE answered. I told her my problem and requested a refund for the 2 Day shipping. DIANE informed me that we were still getting "2 DAY AIR" shipping and said she would split the cost. I replied back that I didn't want to "split the cost", I wanted a refund for the 2 Day shipping because I ordered the part 3 days ago. I was in the middle of saying, I didn't mind paying for the ground shipping which was less than the split cost, and DIANE interrupted and belligerently asked if I wanted it for free. I than in a calmly requested DIANE to let me finish. She then huffed, 'Well okay'. I let DIANE know that "I don't mind paying for the ground shipping, but I refuse to be charged for 2 Day shipping for something that just had a shipping label made. 2 Day shipping means I will receive it in two days." I asked DIANE to put herself in my shoes and asked her what does 2 Day shipping mean to you when you order things? I then asked her if that made sense. She replied, yes it does. I will refund your account now. I thanked her and told her to have a good day. As I have yet to receive the part, I am hoping that it works. My problem with Partsimple is that I've yet to receive the part, but I have had to deal with false advertising, poor shipping and rude customer service. If I had been rude to DIANE, I could totally understand her belligerence. Rude behavior begets rude behavior. However, I was just asking for a refund on a service that I did not receive, and I had to interrupt her tirade in order to explain my request. Poor customer service all the way around.

The overall process experience was outstanding

The overall process from identifying the part to receiving the repaired replacement was just very well organized and executed with timely updates and completion on schedule. The part for my Bosch microwave has fixed not only the known display dimming problem but also the otherwise unreported complete power failure without any fuse issue involved. While the symptoms of dimmed display have bugged me for years the sudden power loss was unexpected since the unit was not in operation for a month. To my surprise the replacement control board took care of all issues and brings my $2.5k unit back to life.

Excellent customer service experience!!

Excellent customer service experience!!I called to verify approx ship date on my part. I had to leave a message. A very nice lady returned my call within 15 min. and verified my order, assured me it would ship same day as ordered( I placed order approx 10:am). Sure enough 2 day ground I had my part by 2 P.M. and by 2:30 I had the part installed and all was good. Part was well wrapped and protected. Wrapped in bubble wrap and was boxed..box within a box.Will definitely use Partsimple for my future needs.Thanks Partsimple

Not a customer focused company

The Initial order was fine there were no issues when I got the product fast forward a year. The panel started to act up. I reached out to the company and since the panel was one month out of warranty, They wouldn't help me, not at all. I also believe that they hire a a company to answer their emails because the person that was responding to my issue had no idea what they were talking about or doing

Excellent Service

Excellent experience with company. Repaired oven control board, massive savings as alternative was new oven! It did take some work on my part to confirm that the problem was actually the control board and not other components of the oven. The repair was mind-boggling fast especially as I could immediately see that multiple components of the circuit board had been replaced. Would totally recommend company and will use again if I need.

Very satisfied customer.

I was hesitant to order from this site based on past reviews. It was a remanufactured control board that I ordered for a whirlpool washer. The cost was less than half of a new control board and shipping ground was free. My part was delivered within 6 days and packaged well. It was installed within 15 minutes and works great. I don't understand the bad reviews so I wanted to share my experience. I'll definitely use Partsimple.com again in the future.

Bought a part for a washer

Bought a part for a washer, was on vacation and then had to find a handyman to put in. Ran over my 30 days and now they won’t refund me my full amount due to a faulty part. Won’t be using the again. Buyer beware. Janae

LG Power Cord Replacement

I ordered a lg power cord! It arrived today, inside the bag was a piece of plastic with a part invoice and a cord. The cord was not in bag and the cord does not have lg on it nor can I find the part number which is usually on the warning label. ( because there is no warning label) I’ve called at least 3 times leaving messages. How can I get in touch with a live person? All I’m getting is the voice mail! Yes they took my money and delivery was quick! But this part is not new as promoted!
