Awesome service. Needed a part that was missing on Christmas morning, few days later on my doorstep. Very responsive on the phone and they saved Christmas for my son. Definitely shopping on this site in the future.
Reached out as a shot in the dark looking for a part for my 9 year old's printer after struggling to get a response from the manufacturer. The part is on backorder everywhere I can find to look. Partsbuilt went above and beyond to assist, and sent the part from one of their models. Saved the day!

Jonah & Hannah are awesome.. the definition of customer service, even out of office and responding to emails and orders.. once again goto company for my printer parts, plus shipping is way more reasonable than other sites.
I was ordering parts for an older printer. Having a hard time finding anything until I found Partsbuilt. I sent an email after hours and got a response early the next morning. Great doing business with a small business. This will be my go to for all my printer parts.
