Not reliable
1 - they do not speak English whatsoever. Their english is really, really hard to understand and I can't make out what they say half the time.2- everything is very expensive. Doesn't matter what I get done? It's way expensive. The copyright cost me seven hundred dollars when I could've got it done for a lot cheaper.3- instead of doing paper backs size book, they use a 6 / 9. Cuz They were too lazy to format it and to the 8 and a 1/2 / 5 and a 1/2. So I had to do it myself to send it to them.4- they were supposed to merge the chapter together to make a better book. Because I had apparently excessive chapters and make paragraph and they never did it. I had to do it myself, and every time the book came back to me. It was loaded with mistakes when I would send it to them. I would make sure there was no mistakes and it come back. Full of mistakes.5- they use the free ISBN number, instead of providing me with one that I could use everywhere. Then they asked me to purchase an isbn number when it was supposed to be included in my package that they list the book on 20 platform, and it's still not done.6- all I can say is the only person I was willing to work there with. Is now gone? So it is not an option for me to work with them anymore. And I will absolutely stop working with them, and do not recommend them to anybody.7- i am very dissatisfied with the service.I got and not happy.With it at all. I did my cover myself. They were supposed to work on it and make it better. The only thing they did is the text.Because that's the only thing I allowed them.After all the mistakes, the book was coming back with every time he got it.8- i gave them my manuscript somewhere around November. I paid for the service in August and from November straight till December. The book was still not published, and when they finally got the book published. It was full of mistakes that I kept fixing, and by the time it hit january the book was still not ready and it only got ready close to February and and since then, nothing is moving the 20 other platform not existing, it's only been on Ingram Spark and Amazon, which I could have done myself for both of them.

1. Used key words other than I asked for.2. Did not use my choice of cream paper.3. Used free ISBN instead of one I could use outside of kdp.4. Their attempt at providing a cover image was inadequate. I had to make my own.5. They stretched my paper back cover to make a hardcover cover, instead of asking me to provide a suitable one. The hardcover is now not centered.6. They did not justify and enlarge the backciver font as I requested.I could not recommend this company as a competent publisher
