Michael Creed was uber knowledgeable and responsive throughout the sales process which really helped make us comfortable with the Pacaso model! We’ve had a great experience through both the purchase and early ownership phases and Michael and the Pacaso team are a huge reason for that. Our 2nd home is amazing, the scheduling platform and overall technology from Pacaso is user friendly, but the people at Pacaso are the differentiator.

I currently hold ownership in two Pacaso properties. In September 2024, I notified Pacaso of my intent to sell the shares I owned.Despite repeated follow-ups — including multiple attempts to contact their CEO starting in March 2025 — Pacaso was unable to sell either of my shares for many months. Eventually, one share was sold in August 2025, nearly a full year after my initial request.Unfortunately, the second property has now been on the market for almost a year, with no sale completed. This experience has left me disappointed and frustrated. While Pacaso markets itself as a convenient and flexible way to own and sell shares in properties, my experience has been one of delays, lack of transparency, and pressure tactics that shift risk away from the company and onto owners.I believe potential owners should be fully aware of these risks before committing.

We had several informative and productive meetings as well as a property visit, all on short notice. We went from introduction to the Pacaso concept to "closing" in one week, due to the well-informed staff that was incredibly responsive over a holiday weekend - very impressive!
The several people involved in our purchase and introduction were spot on and very helpful. We had a somewhat unusual fund transfer situation at purchase date which was handled very well by staff.
