When operating a short term rental business you need to coordinate your marketing efforts on many STR websites (Airbnb,VRBO etc.) Ownerez provides API integration between all the sites so rentals are sunchronized immedeiately and double booking does not happen. They also provide communication, damage insurance and many other services. I will not rent STR without them.
Kathryn was exceptional. Not only did she explain..she made a video with captions to explain the resolution to my question! Very helpful. Even though they don't do much one on one and most is done by email ...I have to admit it was detailed enough with pictures to help me resolve my issue...

My husband and I are new at property management and everyone has been very helpful and patient with us. We loved the fact they offered a free trial period and a one hour video call with a representative to get us started on the right track. Program is easy to use and if I have questions they are very responsive if I can’t find answers online.
I am still on boarding my first short term rental. The on boarding process with Jen P has been extremely helpful. She keeps me troubleshoot, helps give a different perspective on some of the rules on trading for my future guests, etc. Very pleased with the on boarding process so far.

I've been using OwnerRez for several years, and it has been great to have my central calendar, pricing, and listing info all in one place for multiple rentals. It's taken my direct bookings to the next level as I also host my own websites through OwnerRez. The process for guests to book online is easy and secure. While I needed some help with the initial tech set up, once it's up and running it is easy to use, and if I have a question then the US based OR team is quick to help. Access to property damage protection & travel insurance policies is a key feature, as well as authorization to collect contracts and deposits from Airbnb guests, and access to the most strict cancellation policies on Airbnb. OwnerRez has a great team of dedicated folks ready to help, whether you have one rental, or dozens. It pays for itself as I add a nominal up-charge to the property damage policies which covers the monthly cost of both OR and hosting my direct booking websites.
Their software is so customizable you can make it do anything. Their customer service is how future customer service will be conducted. They are way ahead of their time in everything.

I can’t really compare OwnerRez’s features to other property management systems because this is the only platform I’ve used – but I did a lot of research before choosing it, and the deciding factor for me was the level of support on offer.A PMS has so many levers and settings that you’re always going to need guidance, and the support from Rex and his team has been genuinely exceptional. In the vast majority of cases they get back to me within 24 working hours with clear, practical answers that actually solve the problem, not just generic help articles.I’m only a single-property customer – effectively the lowest priority in commercial terms – yet I’ve always been treated as if my business really matters. Managing a house in Antigua while living in the UK brings plenty of complications, especially as most of OwnerRez’s customers are US-based, but the team has consistently helped me navigate everything.For my needs, the platform does everything I require right now – and the outstanding support gives me real confidence for the future.

My experience with Owner Rez was wonderful! The onboarding process takes a while to learn, Jen walked me through everything step by step and answered all my questions and made sure I understood how to use all the features confidently. After onboarding it is great knowing that they have continued support if I have questions. Overall it is a solid product and a great experience!

OwnerRez is an incredibly comprehensive property management system. Because of this, you're not going to master it in one day, but nothing good can be mastered immediately. Once you are proficient, you can do virtually everything needed. It is quite malleable. Of equal important, is the customer support, which is outstanding. I've had nothing but good experiences when reaching out, and replies are surprisingly prompt. I'm an OwnerRez user for the long-haul!
Ownerrez is the most versatile and customizable booking platform on the market hands down. They're also constantly updating things, are always fast at responding to our questions or issues, & they have dozens of incredible partnership opportunities to suit your needs. We have over 110 Furnished Monthly Beach Rentals in Los Angeles and Ownerrez is able to handle them all with ease. We will never use another service.
