i had a great experience with Rudy…

i had a great experience with Rudy Rosales, speaking in spanish the Omniprint technician, throughout the entire repair process of my Omniprint DTF printer. He demonstrated excellent knowledge and was very patient throughout the process. also Yasir Cajina in the office was very helpful, Thanks guys for your help..on the scale 1-10 (I give 10)

This company ripped me off for $13,000

Omni Print international ripped me off for $13,000. Plus pundit damages they’ve caused. I bought a faulty machine. That was supposedly designed to be the best embroidery machine on the market. The product was broken. Couldn’t design anything. It was broken from the start. forget this company; I have no respect for these people I asked for my money back over a year ago. Still haven’t received a reply from their company. Customer service is horrible. Technical support is shitty. The owner of Omni Print (Victor Pena) buys embroidery machines secondhand from China then offloads these broken machines to customers like myself. The messed up part is is that I sent my machine back to the company’s home office to be updated fixed to be working properly in February 2025 and it’s still sitting in their receiving bay. They haven’t done a thing with my machine so what the hell do I do? Any ideas?

I left a negative review for this…

I left a negative review for this company due to poor customer service and because I received a completely different brand of ink than what I ordered. After posting my review, I received an email from Omniprintstating saying they wanted to make things right by offering me a $50 credit — but only if I posted positive reviews on five different platforms and sent them screenshots as proof.Now it makes sense why they have so many questionable reviews. This kind of practice is shady and manipulative. Stay away from them!

My DTF had problems from the start they had me change the mother board and the main board. that was a year ago I was feeling pretty good that the DTF was working but it broke down over the weekend. @#$% if I ever catch Victor P. !! I am out of warranty and they want $200.00 to get a diagnostic 1 year to the date. How Convenient!!! do not buy anything from Omni Print International. this machine is costing me time and money.

Updating my review

I have changed my review to 4 stars after having a one star review for a while. Since the new people have taken over this company, It has tremendously improved. Luis Martinez is the most patient person I have ever met. He has helped me get my machine back up and running. I'm so excited for the journey ahead. He has made me a customer again. I'm thankful we connected and got the ball rolling.Thanks Luis! I appreciate you 🙏🏽

Isaac Was Amazing

We want to express our gratitude for the expertise training received from Isaac Dumas Sanchez. He completed a training session last week with my husband. He did an amazing job explaining and being very patient. Training in the untraditional style can present challenges for one that is old school (my husband) but after spending time with Isaac; he is more comfortable about the embroidery machine. I know we were asked to complete the rating the day of but I like to include the transfer of knowledge measurement in my review. From what I observed during the training and following, my husband is not an expert but feels more confident in applying what he learned during the session with Isaac. We look forward to continuously learning. With experts like Isaac I am confident my husband will become proficient in time. Thank you!

Isaac was extremely helpful!

Isaac was extremely helpful! He broke down the information into easy to understand pieces and made sure everything completely made sense before moving on. I am no longer afraid of breaking my printer! Isaac is also incredibly personable and we actually became friends over the past two days! couldn't be more satisfied with the level of service from Isaac. Thank you buddy!

The support service is the worst

The support service is the worst, communication is zero, no one attends to requests, a ticket is opened and no one answers it, or wastes time with this company, Mr. Victor Peña is only interested in money but does not take care of customers.

READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY

These guys deserve their one star as a company. Sales team was helpful and great, but the moment you buy their machine, everything goes to crap. They are a company of empty promises. You need help with something? Too bad. Expect a call in 5 business days, if they call back at all. It's to the point where they have set up their phone system to just hang up on you, instead of being able to leave a message. Emails go unanswered, so expect to call 20 times before someone answers the phone. Don't think they will help you though, they'll answer to schedule you in for a support call in 1-2 weeks. Which they will charge you for. Seems like their tech support turnover is pretty high, and I don't blame them. I'm sure they are on the receiving end of every customer's frustration, which is truly unfortunate because it's not their fault. The product: we have a dtf machine of theirs. When it is running properly, it's wonderful. We will get about a week or two of near perfection, and then the problems will start. Printhead was just changed, and we are still having issues with colours falling off. Even after thorough line cleaning. Get through about 6" of paper before we lose blue entirely. We've called support to try and get assistance, and they said they would get back to us. That was days ago. They haven't called back. Surprise surprise. Anyone who is in this industry knows that the dtf printer is a fundamental part of being able to generate income. It is the foundation of what we do as a business. So when it's down for weeks on end, or when you have to limp it through every print, and waste copious amounts of ink and paper on prints that are inconsistent colours, and scrutinize every one to make sure it is right, it gets more stressful by the day. You have to delay orders because you are waiting on technical support, and deal with frustrated customers, and there's not a thing you can do about it. As a small business, this printer is our singular largest source of stress. As a suggestion, I would love to see them make YouTube tutorials on troubleshooting common problems so you can visually see how to do the things that they get the most calls about. It would cut down on support calls, and actually allow technicians to get back to you in a timely manner. But they wouldn't make money on that, so I doubt it will happen. It honestly seems like they deliberately give you as little information as possible so you HAVE to pay for support. They need to change that. I truly don't even have the words to express how bad their service is. Abysmal. Appalling. They are literally the most frustrating company I've ever dealt with. DON'T STAKE YOUR LIVELIHOOD ON THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
