Very unprofessional company
Very unprofessional company. Kept hanging up the who, when eventually getting to speak to someone they sounded like they had no interest in listening to to dispute case, i heard someone say in the background just hang up!!They suggest online that they with shared water disputes and how early advice is essential.I already know and have confirmed i have a legal rights to water supply as its all in the TR1 land registry documents so it a very clear easy win casei just needed a good solicitor to take up the case and write a letter and advise me of what i would be able to claim for damages if i need to make alternative arrangements to temporary water supply while the court injunction takes place to force the right to water via the legal route.This solicitor firm made out that they did not do that sort of work, when i said it says you do on your website the guy on the phone, basically said we are not interested, rude, unprofessional, and glad i found out before appointing then to act. if that is there behaviour in the first instants then i would guess once appointed they would be no better

Rude Receptionist!
I suggest you change your staff on reception… today I called at 16:17pm (to be precise), I simply called to get an enquiry, the lady who taken the call simply had to “listen” before abruptly interrupting and dismissing the conversation. Not a great perception for the business… she was stand-off, undermining, rude and certainly not professional! If you’re able to listen back on the call I suggest Mr Fisher to do so, perhaps the receptionist will learn a thing or two…

First rate housing Solicitors
I would well recommend Avikar Singh, a first class solicitor who is a credit to his firm and the profession as a whole, as was his assistant Umay HussainApproachable, and gives advice without sugarcoating it. He fights hard for his clients, and (from my experience) achieves results far beyond what I could ever have hoped for. He is certainly the ‘go-to’ name in housing law in West London.

DO NOT TRUST
If I could give less than one star I would.They have carried out the opposite of what I instructed the solicitor to do. He has caused me incalculable damage.On their own accord he sent letters which should have been approved. It is a duty to follow a moral code and work in your client's best interest. He did not.
