Office chair never shipped
Office chair never shipped. No email confirmation, no tracking, can't call them. I got a chargeback thankfully, but I'm still monitoring to make sure they don't reverse it. Total scam.

Terrible shopping experience
First time using Office Crave and will be my last time. I purchased two thermometers on 12/12/2025 and didn't receive them until 1/14/2026. I purchased them because they were advertised as "Made in USA". When I received it, it was labeled "Made in China". I would not have purchased them if I knew that. Now I am returning them which is a hassle for me.

I have been ordering regularly from Officecrave for my studio. I had an issue with UPS, officecrave made it right and had a substitute product at my door the next day. I am very pleased with their business and ease of their website.

Poor Customer support For B2B
Here’s the rewritten version:I created an account on OfficeCrave for B2B purchases. After placing my first order, they put my ID on hold and requested additional information regarding my business identity and bank card. I submitted all the required documents, and they confirmed that my account was active and ready to use. However, once we started taking orders on our marketplaces, they unfortunately restricted my account again, preventing us from processing orders, even though everything had already been submitted and approved.

If I could, I would leave 0 stars. This company gave my mother such a hard time when we ordered. Then when I received the order, it was NOT what I ordered! I ordered GRAY report covers-they sent white with a crooked piece of gray tape down the side of it! I cannot use these. Then when you call customer support they do NOT ever answer the calls. Shotty company I will report them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Excessive shipping fees.
Officecrave.com shows their address as:Officecrave.com20533 Biscayne BlvdSte 4-489Aventura, FL 33180I assume it's a UPS Store mailbox. My review is that I tried to purchase some labels for $20 and they want to charge me shipping of $21 for shipping in FL. That's crazy!

Never Order from Officecrave
We ordered mop heads on Amazon and they were shipped by Officecrave. The description was wrong and we paid double what we would have normally paid. Called Customer Service and they were rude and not helpful at all. Do not order from these liars.

Beware they sub cheaper products
april 2024 order They sent a different product/ ordered Genuine joe paper towels 2 case..Received cheaper Boardwalk brand barely useable..Cust service makes it difficult and acts as if we are the problem. total B.S. they make it difficult so you give up on your return.BEWARE....

Sent something completely different from order
ordered a specific brand and size of paper towels but they gave us a completely different brand and a smaller size and the paper towels were the thinnest paper towels i've ever used. will not order from them again.

I ordered a Canon printer and it was at my doorstep in two days. The price was $20 cheaper than the next closest. My experience was A+ and I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I should of read the comments before I ordered. The multifold paper towels I ordered were great however, Office Crave does not add the total charged amount until the very end. Charged me an extra 16 bucks for shipping. When I FINALLY received the order a week after original delivery date. I called to cancel the order bc I was getting mixed messages about tracking. I spoke with Cathy (who was VERY unprofessional and hung the phone up). I called back to speak with her Supervisor and Lani stated that Supervisor Shelly was not going to call me back. I asked for Lanis Supervisor and she said that it was Shelly. So when I asked to speak to Shellys supervisor, Lani said she did not have one and that she owned the company. Leaving me to speak to no one. Their customer service is awful and would not recommend them to anyone! I will not be doing any business with them again.

Questionable 5-star Reviews
Is interesting that most of the reviews on Officecrave are either 5 star or 1 star, and most of the 5 star reviews sound like they have been posted by Officecrave ( a bit too much sales-speak). Haven't ordered from this company and won't be after reading the reviews.

please do not order from this company. I placed an order and they gave me the run around. They told me I needed to send a copy of my drivers license and credit card. Which idk why that would be needed in the first place. they then sent me the wrong freakin item. seems like a scanner company. They told me they would send me a refund. It took them over 2 weeks. I got my bank involved to get my money back because office crave was taking forever

This company is terrible!
This company is terrible! Ordered a projector with a different shipping address from the billing address. They called and asked me to send a photo of both my credit card and drivers license for “fraud purposes” so I did. The next day they cancelled my order. Tried reaching out to them to see why and no one ever got back with me.

Do not purchase from this site. Purchased an expensive Epson printer, which arrived with broken printer parts (no damage to box). Return policy says obtain RMA for returning the product (without any conditions), which they refuse to do until I contact Epson directly for a solution... ridiculous, but attempting to. It's like going into a local store to purchase a coffee maker, finding out the product is broken inside the box, and being sent to the coffeemaker company instead of who I purchased from. Appears to be a disingenuous operation looking to drag-out not accepting my return.
