I love everything NUUDS
I love everything NUUDS. I have almost one of every piece and am always looking forward to the next drop. I keep my girls outfitted as well. The customer service is on par with "Nordstrom" customer service, iykyk.

I’ve been buying from Nuuds the last few years and the quality of their clothes is something to rave about. Finding a good white tee that doesn’t cling and look sloppy is not easy, but Nuuds has you covered. Their customer service is one of the best I’ve had to interact with. Camille helped me with a problem and had my issue resolved within minutes. Highly recommend this product!

Nuuds has the best customer service
Nuuds has the best customer service. Everyone is incredibly kind and helpful. They are so quick to respond and come up with a solution easily. I’m obsessed with their clothing and if I even have a slight issue (or just need help with sizing) they act like they care. I don’t know of any other company who has customer service that is this amazing.

Camille's Excellent Customer Service
First, I want to start by saying Camille is FANTASTIC. She was helpful, kind, and her response time is unmatched. Thank you, Camille. Second, the reason for the customer service interaction came due to the quality of fabric of the Pajama Pant with Pocket. I had the original pajama pants before and they lasted 3 years (as old as the company) before they really started to wear - within 2 months of wearing the ones with pockets they looked faded and pilled compared to the older pair. Camille was able to offer me a replacement or credit for the newer pair and explained how there can occasionally be slight variations from batch to batch during production, things like feel or finish can differ a bit depending on the dye lot or manufacturing run. Finally, I want to share that everything I have bought has been fantastic and I love the pieces I have.

Understanding client services
Nuuds is a favorite company that enjoy buying from. While sizing is still a big issue and very inconsistent, I've tried to figure out what works for me.That said, Aubrey did a nice job today because I approached her email being very annoyed with the tone since my life does not revolve around Nuuds, but she addressed my comments in a very compassionate and professional manner. The website issues were wasting my time and could not figure out the issue so had to abandon my efforts. Once Aubrey understood my POV she made a simple suggestion and I will move forward re-engaging my membership once I'm in a less stressfully busy time. I appreciated the style she employed to diffuse my annoyance. Thank you.
