Made an order on there website, a few days later they charged me more to my PayPal without asking or explaining why. My order said it would take 5-10 business days. I’m on day 10 and my order is still not sent out. I’ve ordered in the past and product is ok… but never again.

The company really wants to make you happy. If they see there is a problem with quality, they address it. Great customer service but make sure you check terms of sale. Please order up a size when measuring- Especially back pillows.
Our rating is for their pre sale service not the product as we have not had it delivered yet.Their customer service is excellent and we trust the product lives up to that

Ordered 2 large chaise covers and I was happy that my order was processed so quickly because it was only a few days later that it was delivered. The quality of the covers are very good. They also have amazing customer service! One cover had a little brown stain on the top when I opened the package but I reached out to customer service and they quickly rectified the issue by sending a replacement. I ordered several more pieces!
Customer service was very helpful. Fabric is soft and nice. Colour was off of what I expected, but they offered to replace it which I appreciated. Our couch sitting cushions are not detachable and we have made it work but it's not perfect, but I'm still glad I got them. Shipping to Canada wasn't super quick but it was fine. These couch covers were certainly worth the sale price.

Beware of the “30 day risk free trial” language. I ordered seat covers and couch blankets which were lovely - but the color/style did not work in my room. So when I went to return them, I explained that I cleaned my couches, laid everything out, looked at it for 20 minutes then pulled everything off and repacked. But I was informed by the customer service team that “even something as minor as a stray pet hair” could make me ineligible for a refund. I expect that I can’t live on the seat covers/blankets for days or weeks then return them. But a single pet hair or two seems pretty risky to me! Quality of product feels lovely though, and the service team was kind. Policy and website language needs some improvement.

This company has amazing employees! From the very start, they responded so quickly and patiently to my questions. Aside from providing really good direction they made me feel like they cared. For me, that kind of Customer service is everything. I highly recommend them!!!
Firstly the product is great quality. I went and bought couch covers that were on sale. Unfortunately the covers arrived and were too small. The company had awesome customer service and worked with me to find a solution. I’m a happy customer. Thank you!
I inadvertently acquired incorrectly sized covers. Upon contacting customer service, I received a response within two business days. I was informed that, regrettably, the return policy for Canadian purchases does not permit refunds. This information is detailed within their established policy. I acknowledge that I did not thoroughly review this policy, as I was navigating the Canadian website, and the relevant page did not appear to differ from its U.S. counterpart. Nolan demonstrated exceptional understanding and, without hesitation, facilitated a one-time new customer exchange. My only financial obligation was to cover the price difference. I am highly appreciative of their accommodating approach. The covers themselves are aesthetically pleasing, and their quality, relative to the price point, is outstanding.
