Customer service
I was at the next level for New Year's. There were people having a good time they were just dancing laughing enjoying themselves they might have been a little extra but they were enjoying themselves. I didn't see anything wrong with it but as I was standing there trying to finally enjoy myself. The female owner was talking a lot of crap making fun of one of the customers that you could tell was enjoying themselves but also getting other people on the floor. I clearly heard her call her a w****. I also was at the bar getting a drink and one of the people that was dancing was trying to order a drink once again the female owner who was taking orders (there wasn't a lot of people at the bar) took my order making eye contact with that customer as if she didn't hear her, but we both know she did. I ended up buying the girl a drink because of the ignorance of the situation. I found it very unprofessional and very categorizing of someone who was giving them business and helping the mood of the night. You don't treat people like that especially on holiday.
