I came to them with a picture book manuscript and approximately zero knowledge of how publishing actually works. They were patient in a way that didn't feel condescending which is a harder balance to strike than people realize. The illustrator matching process was genuinely thoughtful they asked me about visual references, tone, color preferences, comparable books, before pairing me with anyone. The illustrations came back looking like a real published book, not a Canva project.They also walked me through pricing strategy for school and library markets which I hadn't even thought about. My book just got picked up by a regional school district for their reading program and I partly credit their distribution guidance for making that possible.

Used them for my third thriller and the experience has improved a lot compared to when I first worked with them back in 2022. They've clearly invested in their author dashboard you can now track your sales across Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and a bunch of indie platforms all in one place in real time. That alone saves me so much back-and-forth. Cover design has leveled up too.They're using a mix of human designers and AI-generated concepts now which some authors might have feelings about, but my cover genuinely stopped me mid-scroll when I saw it in a mock-up. Four stars only because the audiobook production side still feels underdeveloped.

Used them for the whole package. It was convenient having one company do everything, so i did not have to track down five different vendors. some parts went smoothly, other parts took longer than expected.The different teams communicated okay, tough there were a few miscommunications along the way. My book is published and out there. Would I do it the same way again? Maybe, maybe not. It was fine.
