Today I visited the Neuhaus store on Neuer Wall to buy some chocolate and enjoy a coffee. I would like to sincerely thank the wonderful sales lady who assisted me.She was full of positive energy, had a beautiful smile, and even though she was working alone, she provided excellent service. She made me feel very welcome and created such a pleasant atmosphere.I was especially impressed by how easily she communicated with customers in German, Arabic, and English. That was truly remarkable.I just wanted to express my heartfelt thanks to her and also to your company for having such a great employee who gave me such a good feeling today.✨
