stellar experience
Great communication and very easy to dealwith. Execution was too notch and my vehicle arrived in pristine shape from a cross country door to door delivery. Would absolutely recommend them hands down.

Do Not Use This CompanyThis company is a scam. They took a $100 upfront deposit and then failed to ship my vehicle on the scheduled pickup day. At the last minute, they increased the price from $500 to $1,500 completely unreasonable. They are just brokers, not actual carriers. Avoid them at all costs.

This is my second time using them!
This is my second time using them. I tried using another company prior to this experience, it was a total disaster, so I reached out to Neptune Auto Transport and got John, what an amazing guy. I called him on Wednesday evening, he had a driver on that Thursday who could pick up my truck and deliver it on Saturday for the price that I could afford, AMAZING! The driver Shalva was so kind and polite, he came the time he said he would be at my home, Julia the Dispatcher was GREAT, she kept me informed throughout the process. She texted me 40 minutes before pick-up and 40 minutes before delivery, OMG, the entire process was amazing. I cannot put in writing what I experience and the feeling I had with such a great team. Thank you John as a consumer, restoring my trust again, because what I experience with another company, cause me to lose hope, again, John, THANK YOU!

Excellent Transport Experience
Worked with John, and he helped get me fixed up on a weekend. He was able to located a driver and then negotiate a good price for the route at the time. The online BOL allowed us to follow the transport cross-country. We were promised a Thursday delivery and the car arrived two days early on Tuesday with great communication and coordination with the driver he used (Egor). The car arrived w/o incident and no issues. I know it's hard to understand the industry, but it's great to work with people who know what they're doing and source you a quality transporter.

I am so pleased with the experience I had with Neptune Auto Transport, after being left without a driver from another company. Neptune Auto Transport came to the rescue they picked up my daughter’s car within the hour. My daughter’s car made it to Jackson, Mississippi within 24hrs. This company is amazing and the customer service was very polite and friendly. I 100% recommend this company to anyone whom need service.

Save your money and go else where!
I’ve never shipped a vehicle before so understandably I was very nervous, and this company has made me never want to trust another transport company again. Within a week they tried 3 different drivers and neither of them could transport my vehicle! First driver- the tires were too wide(this was my mistake. I should’ve mentioned that the tires are after market). Second driver- the driver “got in a wreck” but when I talked to the driver he said he was going to LA not Oregon and had no idea about an Oregon delivery. Lastly, the manager(Robert) sent a driver. Not only was he a day late, but he couldn’t take the vehicle because it doesn’t run and the tires were too wide! Meanwhile they knew these details! Then Robert asked me to give him one more try, but had the audacity to charge me again! When I messaged back telling him I shouldn’t even be charged, he never wrote back! DO NOT use this company! My vehicle is stranded and now I have to pay storage fees until I can find another transport company! Trust me, spend your money elsewhere!!!

Absolute liars
Absolute liars. Brad is a liar that bait and switches.Then plays dumb when called out. Wrote a contract with a fixed price then wants to argue he “fixed the contract”. Posted $1300 on a national site all the while holding a contract fur $750.. Stay as far away from this company as you possibly can.

FOREIGNER OWNED DECEPTIVE BUSINESS
I called this company Owned by 2 Foreigners and spoke to an English speaking white man who said his name was Jordan. I got a QUOTE of $625 over the phone and via email with a Pick up Date on September 10. I told them i would think about it and let them know. THE VERY NEXT DAY, this company calls my phone SEVERAL TIMES. When free, i called them back 3 times, each time they hung up on me. The 4th call i spoke to a FOREIGNER claiming He was Jordan. When i asked about the Jordan i spoke with, the white guy , english speaking, the Foreigner said "We both use the name Jordan when speaking to customers". HUGE RED FLAG......Even worse this Foereigner says "Okay, we are picking up your car tomorrow and it will be delvered the next day". I NEVER MADE ANY CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE. I told him i never agreed to anything, He says "Yes you did". I told him "I did not Hire you guys". He says "Yes you did". I told him to go find the quote and paperwork then. He puts me on hold, comes back and says "I cant find your file". I ripped him a new one......also informed him i will be filing a FTC complaint as well as Complaints with the Secretary of State the company is doing business in....BOY OF BOY did they MESS with the wrong Bull on this 1. This Business is engaging in DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES and IS BEING REPORTED TODAY.

Fraud and scam
My friend and I were quoted a price, told to pay a deposit and the driver name arrived. We contacted the driver after the missed pickup time and was told he had a flat and would be over 5 hours late and maybe longer. No one sent a message to communicate that I the customer had to reach out. The timeframe no longer worked due to work and travel obligations. After requesting a refund of the close to $200 l paid, Laura argues with us and said she would see about a refund. No driver no pickup and so far out of close to $200 for a service we didn't receive. She then saw the review I left on google and sent a text stating she would refund the deposit within 15 minutes if we remove the review. On Tuesday she tries charging the card for $180.25 and for $170. If the card was unlocked she would have taken more money! I will be including images and text messages to BBB and FBI for complaint of fraud.

I worked with mark and he was amazing from the begging! He got me a rate and a pick up date almost right away and fulfilled both! He was great communicating through the process, the driver never annswer but he got in touch with the dispatcher, keep me updated and made sure that I was taken care of on time. I really appreciate him and would definitely use them again
