The product is nice, but the remote fits not work well. It appears unpairs. What is really frustrating is the app does not work at all! You can't even download it from Google Play because it is not up to date. Even though they know this, they send several emails a week taking about how great the app is and it is pushed as a major selling point. Didn't push it off it can't even be downloaded! Very disappointing especially at this price point.
MysteryVibe offers a unique line of high-end products designed to enhance intimacy. I chose Tenuto2 specifically for its FDA-registered status and medical endorsements. While the product was clearly well made and high quality, it was not the right fit for my personal needs. However, the Customer service team was exceptional and handled my refund seamlessly. I highly recommend this company and would purchase another MysteryVibe product in the future.
Outstanding customer service. Unfortunately we reluctantly decided to ask for a refund. There was absolutely no hassle in getting a refund. This company has amongst the highest of integrity.
I’m trying to reconcile the reviews here that indicate they were able to use the product and return it for a full refund. My issue is that on the company website they return policy is quite clear indicating that the external seal must be intact to get a refundFollowing up. I’m confused by Soums response to me, based on an earlier comment. User Chad apparently opened the package since he tried the product on. Soum’s response was that the 30 refund policy would be honored. This conflicts with the response to my question indicating that the package needs to be intact for a refund .
It seems like it would be a helpful product; if it fit. The marketing claims it will fit 90%. I might be on the larger side of the bell curve but I wouldn't say top 10%. It hurt putting it on even while flaccid. This is coming from an engineer in the field of medical devices; following the directions.

Have used other massagers for a lesser price with much better results. I was refunded my money. Customer service was exceptionally in helping me out.
Initial experience was as advertised. Worked well…. All three times used over several months. After that the device would not charge. Plugged in and shows fully charged but unplug and doesn’t turn on. That’s a lot of money spent for three uses.
I accidentally damaged my Crescendo 2 and thought it was worth a try to contact customer service to see if they could help. Antonette was amazing... and they are shipping me a new device! I've been using the Crescendo 2 sporadically for about a year but now that I recently downloaded the app I find it a LOT easier to use! I highly recommend using the app as the buttons are hard to use on the device. I would like to suggest to MV that they update the charging method so it is totally waterproof...using a micro usb really is outdated technology and it is easy to accidentally get water in that charging port. I also find the clitoral "wings" do not reach my vulva area unless I really push the device far into my vagina. Maybe if they made the wings part longer if would be more versatile and "fit" more women. Thank you to MV for your work to help people with their sexual issues!

Unfortunately, I wasn't totally "comfortable" with the experience when using the item. It worked fine and was quality-made. What was even more fantastic was all the support service and willingness to allow me to receive a full refund. UNHEARD of with companies that offer these intimate items..

MV health has Corner the market on anatomically perfect marital aids, I was very happy with the product, it has a wonderful design, and incorporates high technology and it's makeup most important was the level of customer service provided by Krizia an excellent customer service attendant. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for the crescendo 2. I bought this for my wife around Christmas last year. For the last couple of years, she has been struggling with a condition where the muscles of her pelvic floor were really tight and sex was painful for her. This really affected our sex life. She had been to the doctor several times, try different creams, and dilators, but nothing worked. I bought the crescendo 2 on a whim. I am so very thankful. After about a month and a half of using it to massage the pelvic floor, the pain subsided and went away completely. Our sex life is amazing now.I told her that she needs to tell her gynecologist about this to hopefully help other women with the same condition. Thank you so much!

This is regarding my purchase of the Crescendo 2. To be fully honest, my expectations may have been more than a device could deliver. Also, I haven't tried the app so I might not have all the information.The reason for purchasing this item was due to pelvic floor issues, discomfort with penetration (since I was young), and now that I'm older I have trouble with arousal, lubrication, and satisfying orgasms.The device has a nice material and is two fingers in width. It does bend nicely creating a finger like ability.It is fairly easy to insert vaginally because it doesn't have the girth that other vibrators do. It creates a warming feeling and does help with arousal. It does not make me wet. I have a loss of some vaginal feeling so I can't feel all the vibes.The best thing is since it does increase arousal and relaxes the muscles, my boyfriend can penetrate me with very little discomfort. He doesn't have to be as careful and can go deeper and thrust harder. This makes for a more satisfying orgasm for him. He doesn't really like it when I use it during intercourse because it's very loud. When he's finished I turn to an old vibrator and still can't climax. The cons for this item are: cost, loud, gets stuck in a particular setting and you have to scramble to find the plug, doesn't help with lubrication and doesn't help with orgasms. (I did have one on my own.) Also the wing parts don't flutter and don't match up with my clitoris.The pros: the material is soft and it's obviously well engineered. Muscles relax and my boyfriend and I can make love without much difficulty. With that taken into consideration, I still call it a win.
