It’s all in the prep!
My daughter ordered me a whole box, 2 loaves, a baguette and bagel selection. So far only tried the cinnamon & raisin bagel. Lightly toasted it and spread it with my favourite butter but the texture and flavour resembled cardboard. I couldn’t swallow it. Then I tried the plain bagel, this time I baked it like I would a croissant and it was so much better, there was flavour and texture and i enjoyed it and could see what all the fuss is about. I will continue to review honestly as I try each product.

Wonderful GF bread
I've been using this company for a few years, the bread is wonderful. It's a small company making artisan, sourdough, gluten free bread without the huge list of additives in most commercial GF bread. The occasional loaf has more holes than usual but the quality has improved recently. I buy in bulk and freeze most of the loaves, after defrosting they are still just as great.

My monthly subscription is always ontime and the bagels and sourdough are delicious. So many gluten free products are ultra processed it is a relief to find something with clean ingredients that tastes so great

Such a shame….
I am really saddened by the change in this bread. I have been buying it for sometime and it is really tasty. But, for past few weeks it has been poor, with large holes and undercooked parts of the bread. They did send me free loaves but even those had holes in them, and when say holes I mean really large ones. Sadly I won’t be buying this bread anymore, unless someone tells me the problems have been sorted out.

So fed up with buying bread from them…
So fed up with buying bread from them and finding after cutting a slice that it has a huge air hole inside. I'm losing track of the number of times this has happened. They gave me a voucher code last time for £10. Less generous than it appeared, as I had to pay £5.99 for postage. And to add insult to injury, one of the loaves I bought had a large air hole through the middle. Their responses were slow and defensive - not very accepting of criticism or willing to see a customer's viewpoint.

Fantastic, super delicious GF bread
Fantastic selection of breads, excellent value, not to mention extremely tasty. Finally a GF bread where I don’t feel left out!! Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended!
