Walked out in less than 15mins w our new furniture!

we came in with an idea of what we wanted and spotted it right away on the show floor. Then Maria explained to us the approval process and got my fiancé and I approved within 2 mins. Then even gave us an amazing discount. With this being our first time buying furniture it was the smoothest process ever. & they really mean when they say no credit check needed. I think there the most affordable furniture store in Philly, no exaggeration. I’ve been everywhere! Thank you furniture Mecca!

Don’t buy anything from this furniture…

Don’t buy anything from this furniture store, the website is misleading and false advertising. I ordered a set that was suppose to be black but it came in brown, and they never carried black which I was told. When I called customer service to address this situation I was hung up on and left with no solution but cancel my order. Smfh these ppl are rude and just want your money. DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE here!!!!!!!!!

This damn company is horrible DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE ESPECIALLY THE ONE ON VENANGO THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL THEY KEPT HANGING UP ON ME WHEN I TRIED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE THEY TOOK $400 from me for a bed they couldn’t fit just straight crooks I will be filing a lawsuit on them

Horrible experience

I went to this store a month ago and ordered my Furnitue. I ordered a dresser, living room set and table for kitchen. When they first delivered the furniture the two guys said the sectional could not fit through my door and i needed to get a different couch. Then they bought up the dresser in which was damaged they had to take it back. They put my kitchen table together but left in a hurry which i thought was weird... after they left l went back to the store to pick out a new living room set we set up a delivery for that. long story short a few days later i was sweeping my kitchen and i attempted to move the table but the leg was wobbling i went under the table to see why and seen the guy who put the table together broke the one leg and tried to do a quick fix. I immediately contacted the store (lansdowne store) he told me to send him an email in which i did. Also the new living room set came and it was put together i sat on it the third day and that is when i felt a nail or something poking out of the material and a few other defects. I told the guy at the lansdowne store and he stated he will have them look at it when the replace my table. So fast forward to delivery date of the table they suppose to replace 1/8 i stayed in the house all darn day as they can't promise a time it was between 9-8pm THEY NEVER SHOWED AND NEVER CALLED. I am sooo pissed. I am making payments on damaged and defective Furnitue i would not recommend this place at all. I have my email paper trial regarding all of this. i sent email about all my issues since last month and i just sent another email about the no show delivery. The email has been sent to their corporate headquarters and the lansdowne store. I will also be contacting the finance company to complain as well. Poor customer service!!! (Excuse any typos in this review i am just upset about all of this)

My furniture was never delivered

My furniture was never delivered. Called several times, no answer. Finally reached someone and was told i was on the schedule for delivery between 4:15 to 8:10pm. It is now 9:20 pm and they never showed. Will never use this business again. Wish i would have checked furniture meccas reviews before purchasing.

This store is a joke

This store is a joke! Didn’t show up for scheduled delivery twice and their people are very rude and impatient. My delivery initially scheduled on 6/23 no one show up then had to reschedule to 6/30 still no one show up. The delivery was confirmed on 6/29 the representative even promised they will come this time. Guess what!!!! Still no one come and no call!!!!!! Their website tracking not update the whole day Their number went straight to a full voicemail couldn’t even leave a message. I requested full refund for my never deliver furniture they asked me to email my ID!! Never heard about ID for refund but thats ok because i need my money back however they still not get back to me yet after i sent my ID and holding my money. Sucks!!! Very rude people. Stay away from this establishment. Why give yourself headache.

Worse customer services after they take your money they charge me $75 for delivery I ask the guy do they assembling the furniture the guy said yes but no they came to my place drop the box and go so I call the store they toll me because the pandemic no one come to my place if I want everything assembled I have to paid another $75 the are repo worse furniture place American Furniture is the best

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER

I would rate them negative 5 stars if I could. I purchased a mattress from the Venango street location on 5/20/2021. I will suffice my entire review by saying BUYER BEWARE!!!! No one in this business cares about customers needs. They are all about making a sale at top dollar. After they've gotten your money they could not care less about whether the product suits your needs. They are not available by phone even after calling 30x back to back. They dont's answer emails (I've sent 3). Just an overall TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WORSE I'VE EVER HAD!! I will NEVER again purchase from here and I will be telling my family and friends to never purchase from here either.

Delivery SUCKED!!!

The delivery guy sucked. They stated my 2 piece sectional couldn’t fit in my door. My prior sectional was a single piece with the L-shaped fit in and out the same door.

Do not trust them. Wasted days waiting for furniture that was promised but never loaded on truck. Avoid them like the plague.

I made an online transaction with them…

I made an online transaction with them and it’s been two weeks since and I had no response. I wrote so many emails and called them infinite times and no one responded. Had no idea about the status of my order. And finally when they did call and asked us to come and collect our item, we went the next day driving three hours and what happens...? Our package is not ready and they say they do not have it. And they didn’t give it to us in spite of making sure the day before that we can come and collect it. They never answered any calls we made. We drove six hours for nothing. Worst customer service ever and so much trouble for nothing.

BAD BUSINESS CHOICES PERIOD

My husband and I brought a mattress first with this store in Allentown, PA had no problems paid it off. Then purchase a couch and rocking recliner again no problem. My parents who loved our set loved it so we brought so we thought the same set. The nightmare begins. The chair WAS NOT A RECLINER ROCKER AS TOLD TO US. THE COYCH WAS DAMAGED ON ONE SIDE. MY HUSBAND WENT DOWN TO THAT STORE SEVERAL TIMES AND WAS TOLD THE HOME OFFICE TAKES CARE OF FIXING IR SENDING OUT SOMEONE TO FIX IT. Well I find this to be BS PERIOD. The change their crews to different locations thus not caring about quality and more on their numbers.. VERY VERY BAD BUSINESS. We certainly wish we could stop our payments to Snap Financial but it's ok. I take since their out of Philadelphia we up here in Allentown are slow.... not even darlin. 😡😡😡

The worst ever!!!

The worst ever!! they are disgusting rip offs!!!And I never complain!!! My love seat ripped after six months. They replaced it and it ripped again in the same 2 places in another six months, and did nothing!!! The sofa is destroyed after a year of only sitting on it!!! Its a terrible store!!! Please spend your money elsewhere!!! Horrible place!!!

Never Again

I don’t have a problem with furniture Mecca at all. I also love my furniture but when I tell you the leasing company whew! UOWN!!!! Not sure where to start! If you wanna build your credit this is not the company to do that with. They kept taking money after they claimed the account was paid! Today is the day I write the review I spoke with Ricky calling from a Mexico number told me I owed a dollar would you believe she told me they would wave the dollar and closed the account out. Well they took another 98.73 in error today it’s too much to text the supervisor was laughing at me when I was crying that I needed the money back. They kept hanging up on me and everything. No need to read the review and have me reach out to anyone I don’t wanna hear no fake behind apologies about how nobody is sorry just give me my darn money. I have 15,0000 followers and I will he posting the phone call that I was able to record. Hope you guys drop that leasing company I see why they we’re in debt over a million now

I brought a living room sofa set and…

I brought a living room sofa set and two accent chairs. I reached out to furniture Mecca customer service about the damages to my chairs and they only gave me a run around. They said that they were going to replace the legs to my chair and no one contacted me. Now I’m stuck paying for damage furniture . I would never in my life shop here again ! I’m at the point that I will personally drop off the chairs myself and not pay for any of the items.

I went to furniture Mecca a man named…

I went to furniture Mecca a man named Rob helped me pick out my sofa & love seat. I showed him pictures of my apartment because I was concerned the set wouldn't fit. He assured me he would & of course it did not. I had to go back down & order a new set & pay for delivery again. I got my set delivered two days ago & despite my experience was very happy with the set. Last night I leaned on the arm of my love seat & heard a snap crackle pop.. the arm is broken.. it's a $700 set that broke with minimal weight put on it. This furniture is very cheap & astronomically priced. I do intend to not pay for it. I'll wait for it to go into collections & pay a fraction of the price.. because it's not worth $700. Period... Would not recommend this store. Not only because the customer service was mediocre but because the quality is poor.

we went to Mecca over the weekend and found everything we needed. they had a big selection of living and dining room. they even have a large selection of party speakers. our delivery is coming 2moro cant wait!!!!

Went in on 03/30/19 to buy 2 rugs and a dining room set. I saw 3 gentleman who works there sitting around a table. I asked for help and was told they were at lunch and I should wait.Of course I left and went elsewhere and made my purchases. I find this to be poor customer service, and will not buy there again nor recommend this store in Upper Darby.
