Excellent Product, Horrible Company, Horrible Customer Service
I've used Medbridge for many years as a physical therapist. They deliver a great product. It's expensive, but worth it in many ways.I opened a clinic in Aug 25' and purchased an individual account for about $350. Since I just hired another therapist this month, decided to buy a group account for about $750.Since I no longer need the remaining 6 months on the individual account, I requested a prorated refund. Denied. Sorry, that's our policy.Since I was denied a partial refund for an account that is inactive-despite the fact that I just paid double that for a larger account-I requested a refund for my group account. Denied. Sorry, that's our policy. Of course Medbridge points to their user agreement. The one that no one reads-nor cares about. Agreement or no agreement, it's utter BS.Even though I have 356 days of use left on this group account, I refuse to use it as I'm switching to Wibbi.If anyone reading this wants 3 free Medbridge accounts, email me. I don't want anything to do with this company ever again.Horrible, horrible, horrible experience.

Their privacy practices are awful
Their privacy practices are awful. My physical therapist (PT) uses Medbridge to list my PT exercises. So when I tried to access that list, I was required to set up a Medbridge account. When I read their privacy policy, it makes clear that there's potential for them to sell one's information to 3rd parties or for marketing etc. It says contact them by email to opt out. When I contacted them by email they wrote back that they don't share one's info. I wrote back and said, "Even if you don't do it now, your privacy policy makes clear that you can in the future." So they replied, well yes, that's true, and we have a form to opt out forever-- but the form wasn't listed or accessible in their privacy policy. Most people won't read the fine print to the extent I did and go back and forth via email. Do not trust this company with your info!!

Excellent!If only all I had to do each day was learn more about speech language pathology. I would spend daily time on MedBridge. Because I have a real life, I use MedBridge whenever I get a patient that I’m just not sure what to do with. I search the patient’s specific area of need and pull up the classes to take. It’s easy! Thanks for providing such good and educational information that is easy to access.

Love to learn through the online Con Ed portion of the website and making HEPs for patients is really easy. Patients consistently complement the detail that is put into their HEPs with the videos and instructions for each exercise.
