So we decided to order our V-Day meal in a box, and it was perfect. Dinner for two lobsters, oysters, and bacon-wrapped scallops, without the normal unexpected problems of driving to the city, finding parking, and dealing with the crowds. Our meal arrived fresh-packed on V-day morning, and needless to say, the rest of the day went as planned and to our schedule. Way to go, Lobstersonline would definitely recommend and use again.

Lobster wasn't delivered. I called to reschedule and no one called me back. I emailed TWICE without a response, so I don't know what's going on.
We live in California and have treated ourselves to live Maine lobster from Lobsters Online several times over the past years. They always provide an excellent service, and the lobster is always delicious - better value and quality than any restaurant we would find locally.
Beautiful lobsters arrived on time and were still very lively after a trip across the country. Excellent oysters and chowder also. Thank you!
Your price was better than mainelobster.com and they needed 2 day notice and you guys needed 1. It was great. I ordered on the 4th and my bday was the 5th
This order made a great Christmas present and it arrived in the middle of Missouri just as promised. Loved the dock box and the surprise of what we might receive for lobster size. I'll be ordering again!

The lobsters came as promised. It was easy to order. And when one of them didn't seem to last the 24 hours in the fridge before we dined, I was sent out another one promptly. I'm impressed with their lobsters AND their service! I miss New England, living here in California, but having a steamed lobster is a dose of nostalgia.
I asked for a specific date after xmas and was told that I would have to change it because of fedex. I did so and made it for the 24th of Dec. it did not arrive until the 26th after the dinner I had planned for the 25th. It was completely thawed out with two cooler bags also thawed out. I had to immediately re freeze it. I have complained about Fedex being an unreliable carrier in this area continually. We have had no problems with UPS in the past but you refuse to use them. In the future I will not order from you again. plus they leave it outside our gate. unacceptable.
As a former New Englander, it is usually easy for me to tell if lobster meat has been frozen or not. The 2-lb packs of cooked meat from Lobsters Online tasted very fresh, with that slightly salty-ocean tang that only fresh lobster has. Very happy with the purchase. The chopped meat was all claw and tail, none of the tiny pieces so often found in pre-packaged lobster. Definitely recommended, despite the expense.
Delivery was delayed a day and lobster was starting to thaw. My plan had been to freeze some but couldn’t.

Lobsters were pretty lively for being on ice packs in a cooler for 25 hrs! Regular FedEx driver delivered and we cooked them right away and had an amazing Lobstah dinnah!
