Every step of the way
Everyone that worked with us, from start to finish was there every step of the way. Day, night, and weekends, they answered all out text and emails. Providing us with loan information for protentional properties we were looking at. Providing pro and con to different loans and also condo association fee.I would definingly work with them all again.

Reliable and TrustworthyWe worked with Randall for the last few years during a very long housing search. As first time homebuyers, we were nervous about many parts of the process, but found Randall to be easy to talk to and always willing to answer our many, many questions. I really can't say enough great things about Randall and Lemon. I have worked with this team on three different loans at this point and it is truly always a pleasure. Randall and team make you feel like you're their only client, which is a true testament of their attention to detail and care throughout the process. Randall has gone above and beyond to help me, and even has worked on things at 6am on a Saturday, to ensure that all details are dialed in and that we're meeting timeline expectations and deadlines on a number of real estate deals. They are incredibly trustworthy and you really get the sense that they review all items as if it was their own money on the line. They undoubtedly deserve a 5 star review and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for home mortgage needs.

Randall was recommended to me by a trusted colleague and I am so glad that we went with him for our mortgage. He gave us 110% every step of the way! Randall was not only professional and good at his job, but he was also extremely patient with us. He took the time to answer our questions, explain things (repeatedly, at times), and offered us the foresight we lacked as first time home buyers. Above all, he's just a kind human! We ended up loving a house we unexpectedly came across, and the sellers were adamant about a quick close. Randall jumped on it. He was readily available at most hours of the day, working diligently with our realtor to get through an extremely fast close. We are so appreciative of his dedication, as he even got in touch with the sellers' agent, and it was his confidence that ultimately convinced the sellers to go with our offer (not the highest bidders!) .. I think anyone would be in fantastic hands with Randall as he knows his stuff inside out, and it is quite apparent that he is passionate about what he does. Randall went above and beyond. He explained various options and helped find the best loan for me. He provided a comprehensive list of documents I needed to gather and an easy and safe way to send them electronically. He was always quick to respond to any questions. I wouldn’t do a loan with anyone else.
