Unprofessional and Unreliable Staff Experience
I was very excited to view the studios at the Logan to potentially rent there. However, my experience with their staff left me feeling disrespected and ignored. I initially called them and we arranged for a virtual tour of their rooms. When the time of the appointment came, I was on the video call, but nobody from their team showed up. I called them several times and left a voicemail - it was not an easy experience to finally get someone on the line to find out why they did not show up for the tour. The man on the other line was apologetic, which I do appreciate, and he rescheduled my appointment for later that day. When the time came for the second appointment, the same thing happened - nobody was there. I called them again several times, left a voicemail, and even texted them to find out why they couldn't make it yet again. I have yet to hear back from them. This was greatly disappointing to not only be stood up twice but then be completely ignored. I will not be considering this apartment and cannot recommend them.
