Outstanding Employees
Erica Estrada was totally professional in handling my request to change certain elements of my policy. She was a pleasure to do business with. As well, the lady who called to inform me that my incorrect (amount) check was being returned, was equally concise and reassuring (I'm sorry I don't have her name) Retain these people. They are true assets.

Very very awkward web presence
Very very awkward web presence. A simple online form would make the application much easier. Going back and forth with the underwriter was very time consuming for both myself and the underwriter.

Erika was quickly able to take care of…
Erika was quickly able to take care of a problem. Paying electronically via the bank app, the paper check did not arrive in time and Leland notified me that my coverage would lapse. Erika took care of this with a payment over the phone and assured me that the bank check would not duplicate the payment and Leland would return that to me.
