Quality lighting and expert services
Javier was very helpful designing a lighting plan for my space and completing all of the lighting calculations. He emailed a PDF plan of my space.The lights were shipped fast. Truth be told, UPS damaged the first shipment and three lights were damaged. Through no fault of LED lighting supply.Javier referred me to John in the customer service department. John shipped three new replacements the next day. And I received them in three days. No need to ship the damaged ones back. John said to scrap them or donate them to Habitat for Humanity.All in all I am very satisfied and I’d order from them in the future.

Worked with a young man whose name is Jake Hoffman and he was just excellent to work with. You ought to have him training all your folks because his customer service is exemplary! He just made the whole experience comfortable and completely painless. He’s a class act!

Poor support after the sale
I bought 9 lights 5 years ago and 2 started failing at 4 years and 11 months. I called just after the five years warranty and they wouldn’t cover them. I said ok since you can’t cover them one week after warranty expired give me a discounted rate on new ones and when I got the quote they was no deal given. I can buy the elsewhere for the same price. I give them a thumbs down on customer support.

Very Solid Experience
Your website was easy to navigate, find the Class 1 Div 1 lights we were looking for and purchase them. Project management contacted us within hours and coordinated delivery and made sure we were getting what we ordered. Lights showed up and were very high quality, durable fixtures. We will be coming to you guys again when we need specialty fixtures.
